Chick-fil-A

Today was my first visit ever to a Chic fil A!! I told this to my cashier Dakota and he was so so friendly and welcoming to me. He was also helpful going over the menu options. Truly a great first experience with your company. The line was fast and efficient and my lunch was delicious!!! That banana milkshake is everything. Thank you all. I will absolutely be back!

This review is mainly for the service I've just received at this store. I believe it was the manager who handed me my ice-cream cone, I sort of recognized him from information I usually receive on the App. I was there just for a cone of ice-cream like I mentioned but the way he was super pleasant and courteous while handing me my order was like it was worth so much! I usually get great service there but this one tops it all by far!!!

We had a great experience at the Mt Airy Chick-fil-A today. The store is clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us and our toddler. Everything we ordered tasted great and came out fresh, hot, and fast.

Went there for someone else, but the service was phenomenal. The server brought the food to our car window on foot while addressing us by name. It's simple things like this that make a huge difference in customer impact!

Fast and efficient service and always friendly. The food speaks for itself - you really can't go wrong. Their drive thru team is really well trained and seems to adapt to peak hours in ways that keeps the line moving.

The service at the Chick-fil-A is excellent. I really could not make any suggestions to improve level service that they offer here the employees are super friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh and my lemonade was spectacular although it did have a lot of ice. Would recommend and will definitely be returning. Can't get over the level of customer service

Thank you Nina my visit was great. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A. We love to use your Chick-fil-A for lunch for our Crab business and we’re grateful you stop by Costco on Tuesday.

When I walk into Chick fil a it’s like I just walked through the gates of heaven the smell makes me close my eyes and makes me take a deep breath and admire the smell. Then when I go to the line and order the staff is nice and amazing when I get my food I start to cry because it looks exactly like the picture and the food is amazing I will definitely come back again.

Peach milkshake and Sunjoy iced tea and lemonade, both great on a hot summer day. Prefer the chicken wrap and waffle fries for an outstanding lunch or dinner.

The food was super hot when we got it. Employees were very polite and friendly.

It's Chick-Fil-A it's hard not to have a good experience here. Great customer service. Food came out hot like always

This is my fourth time going through the drive-through and each time has been amazing. For them to be new they’re moving fast I’m so happy that they finally put Chick-fil-A in mount airy a plus to the town. Staff is awesome line movement can be improved a little bit but considering it just open I’m very happy with the results great job Rockk on mount airy team!!!

Chick Fil A is pretty much the only fast food I'll eat. They serve a great product for a reasonable price.

I don't know that I have ever been to a restaurant--let alone a fast food joint--where the service was so personable, professional, and courteous. It was truly a pleasure to dine here!

Service was fantastic and the food was fresh and hot. Got a chicken sandwich breakfast meal (combo #1) in the drive thru. Everyone was accommodating to my Harley dog who was barking to guard my car. Seemed like there was room for greater collaboration among the drive thru staff. I provided this feedback when I picked up my food. The young lady listened and acknowledged they are working to improve. Great job today!

The food was good. Service in the dining area was great. Had a young guy there who did a great job. Very customer oriented. Looked like all the employees loved working there.
