Walgreens Pharmacy

I use their auto-refill service and the drive-thru. My prescriptions are always ready on time and the staff is always friendly.

The lady there was great! Beings the situation was weird.

They have the best clearance racks ever

Easy to get help with a question.

Is good once you get a human on the phone. The computer answering system is terrible

this store is a joke, i was there for children cough medicine. On the website this store had it. Got to the store found nothing, had to go to Dollar General. The young lady that did help me tried her hardest to find the meds. and she needs a pay raise. she is the reason this store got 3 stars, otherwise this place would only get 1 star

This use too be my go to for everything. Although more expensive then Walmart, I'd rather pay the higher prices then deal with even thinking of going into Walmart.
I'm not sure what happened, but something has changed with their pharmacy department.
-Constantly out of stock
-Meds being put in wrong categories causing there to be delays being filled.
-Two of my meds are spelled similar and the same mg....they were constantly getting the two mixed up.
-Taking a week for something too be filled, called saying it was ready for pick up. Then being told it wasn't ready yet at the drive thru.
-Reminder calls/texts not being sent out.
-Online ap saying meds are ready for pick up or in process. Only to find out at the store they didn't even have a request for that med.
-At one point I was told by a tech that the doctor declined the med, only too find out Walgreens NEVER sent over the request!
-Constant mix up with running insurance.
In the process of trying too get our families medication switched to a different pharmacy now. When the new pharmacy called Walgreens too get the info, he was on hold for hours then hung up on. Gave it 2 star because for the most part, the staff try too be apologetic and courteous.

Improving but still not decent

They have no pharmacy staff so 🤷 sry was closed for days than canceled scripts filled wrong ones now won't fix it I've waited hours. And they say corprate knows so they must not care if we get our meds or not. Getting ready to move my scripts else where

Been with pharmacy for ever but it has gotten Real Bad & never know if they are going to be open & now went to pu meds 5 days ago & only had partial. Been there 4 times & either Closed or told they weren't in yet. Called today & was told they would reorder & hopefully be in by Monday. BTW was charged for Full Amount. When I get what I paid for I'm changing to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist at the Ottawa, Kansas location is an unpleasant and unprofessional JERK. I feel especially sorry for his coworkers. I've used this pharmacy for years, but no more. The increasingly poor service plus his despicable attitude is too much for me.

Took several days before my meds were finally ready. When I tried their drive through, the woman seemed extremely rude and impatient and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for them to give it to me despite being there 30 minutes prior and them telling me it would be ready in 30 minutes.

Two full days after I requested a prescription transfer (traveling & ran out), they hadn't yet called to get it and then don't have it in stock. Infuriating.
