Heidi is very friendly and a great listener, however, based on my experience with her, she is not great at providing solid feedback, guidance or otherwise helping you solve your issues. I tried several sessions because I thought maybe it was me, but I honestly ended up feeling worse because there was absolutely no guidance whatsoever during or after each session. If you have serious trauma or anything beyond anxiety or mild depression, I recommend you seek therapy elsewhere where you can speak with someone with more experience who can provide solid feedback and give you the tools you need both in and outside of therapy.
