Amazing customer service!! My family had an unexpected vehicle repair and due a family emergency, we needed the vehicle repaired quickly. The Assistant Manager, Eric Jones, went above and beyond to help in our time of need. He was honest and very caring to not only me but to the many other customers who needed help. He's an asset to Pepboys and an amazing leader for his team. I would definitely recommend. Many thanks to the service techs and especially Eric for the quick turnaround and taking great care of us!

Had a scheduled appointment for a well overdue oil change. I was greeted by Eric, and he was extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely go back to this location for my car needs.

Amazing team here. A sister location turned me away even though I had an appointment due to high customer count. When I called them flustered they got everything handled for me. Very grateful to Jim who helped me with everything. Nice, professional, and they explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend.

Booked appointment online and showed up. Taken immediately when I showed up and vehicle was done in less than an hour. Eric, the service writer, was extremely pleasant and personable . Had a front end alignment on my truck by Stephen. All good.

Came into store and greeted nicely by Eric. Looking for tires, Eric showed me all my options with no pressure. It was nearing closing time and still fit me in for the tire change. Felt pretty comfortable with my decision after talking to these guys, again with no pressure.

They have done an amazing job again!! Had an emergency issue and they fixed me up as quick as possible with fantastic service.

Quick and efficient with service, James was a delight to help me out and communicated what was going on as soon as they figured it out!

Wonderful service! I couldn't get my license plate off because the screws were old and rusty. I called to ask if they could help and was told to stop by. He was busy and still made time to help. He had to get tools out to finally get the screws moving. Super service and really nice guy.

I took my 2017 Subaru in for oil change and state inspection. Also had them complete the suggested 60,000 mile service. Service was completed in the time allotted and the worker was friendly. Would recommend.

This is the best pep boys I have been coming to for years. They are all fantastic. This is a great place to get anything done with your car. The customer service is wonderful as well. I’m so appreciative of all they do. Definitely go here if you are having car troubles!

I had a great experience here. when my work van broke down. They quickly fit me in for a repair, and technicians John and Tyler were superb. They diagnosed the problem efficiently. They were exceptionally thorough, and explained everything they were doing very clearly providing me with great peace of mind. Their customer service was top-notch. Jim was my service advisor on my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450. His expertise and knowledge concerning the tires and suspension of my car was stunning. I will absolutely visit him again.

Had a nail in my tire right before my son’s 17th birthday party on a weekend and my tire’s air pressure was going down quickly. They got me in right away and solved the problem when my normal mechanic wouldn’t answer my call on the weekends. They were very professional and saved the day for my kid's’ birthday. Forever thankful.

The Auto Plus Auto Parts section of Pep Boys is out of business. All merchandise is off limits (Roped off or wrapped up). Pep Boys still provides auto and tire service. Water and other drinks cannot be purchased, not even car air fresheners... Nothing.
