Love how well I am treated here! Been here a few times and Jesse (manager )is the one who has been awesome! Goes out of his way to make sure I understand everything that has to do with my Blazer! Definitely be back! Everyone who works here is just as nice! Highly recommend!

Very Knowledgeable and professional group of guys. Everyone was friendly and you can tell that they are there to help. And not rip you off like dealerships would. Nice to know that i could bring in my own brakes and have them installed. Not alot of places allow customer supplied installations. This location was very clean and pleasant. I enjoyed my time waiting for my car. Thank you.

I made a same-day appointment for an oil change, inspection, and alignment as well as to discuss other concerns with my vehicle. Jesse, Matt, and Paul were all very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome and appreciated. The facility was clean and comfortable to wait in and it is in a very accessible location. Jesse ordered a part for my maintenance that was delivered within ten minutes. I was quite impressed with the crew at this location and I definitely plan on returning for future service.

I am beyond pleased with my services i received from this company, they got me in as soon as possible. Not only do most of us women know anything about cars but they made sure they were very informative about what needed to be done to the vehicle to be running like new again. We made an online appointment for a front end alignment over Easter weekend. I was greeted at the door, checked in immediately and was not pressured into buying anything I did not need. The staff was quick and did a great job. I was out of there before I even got comfortable in the waiting room. I would recommend to anyone in the area that needs a front end alignment. A+++

I had a flat tire today and went to NTB for 4 new tires. Jessie and his staff were very professional, friendly, and I feel like I got a good, honest deal. I was worried since I came in after 4:00 and I really needed my car back today so I can go to work in the morning. Jessie was very reassuring and promised that I would have my car back today. I received a call within about an hour that it was done. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs auto service.

The guys at this store are super helpful. Will help you with anything you need done. Timothy and Ronnie had my new tires put on with less than an hour. Will be going back for sure. My daughter also bought tires at this location and she had no issues either. Highly recommended.

Jesse and Paul were very helpful in addressing and fixing the problem with my steering. They did not hesitate to help and got the job done very quickly. Will definitely return for work!

Jessie was great. I had damage to my tire after being run off the road into a curb and he replaced my tires for a great price in less than 40 minutes after just walking in with no appointment. I will go and see him again for any of my tire needs. Thanks again!

I got In right away, the guys were very nice and knowledgeable on what I needed. They helped me with a deal and I got all 4 brand new tires that day. They were efficient and had great customer service. I will be back!

I stopped into NTB today for a new battery & a tire check. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Left today a very happy customer satisfied with the service and quality of product that I received. I highly recommended this location and company to others :)

Wonderful costumer service!! I bought tires at the Clariton Blvd, Pittsburgh business that was 3 hrs from my home when I was visiting. Jesse assisted me in buying the tires I felt were good for my vehicle. Once driving, I thought there was too much road noise. No fault of Jesse!! I chose to go the more economical route at first. On Jesse's day off, Tim assisted me and researched more tires that may make last road noise. The next day, on Tim's day off, Jesse assisted me once again and had the technician Matt drive my car and he also heard the road noise. I needed to get home..So, Jesse called another NTB store near my home and set up ordering tires that I felt more comfortable with. Because of the 30 day drive warranty, I drove home and traded out my tires. There were no costs for trading. It was a smooth transition from the Pittsburgh NTB business to the local business .

I am a returning customer with a tire warranty. I made an appointment for a tire repair. Everyone there was very pleasant. They were very efficient. I was in and out.. Hassle free. No issues with using the warranty.

Jesse has taken care of me both times I've visited. Very nice, down to earth, and helpful. Getting ready to leave for vacation and he guided me with the best decisions to keep my family safe and get me on the road quickly.

This post is almost 2 weeks late, but I can't stop thinking about my experience(s) with this particular NTB. To call it exceptional is an understatement.
My most recent visit was after a random, unexpected flat tire. I had purchased my tires there, and relieved I trusted Jesse enough back then to purchase the lifetime warranty for fixes. *That sell was absolutely not forced, just thoroughly explained, and I thought it made sense.
The 2 employees I need to praise and thank are Jesse and Ronnie. The interactions I have had with them are fantastic. I was squeezed in the following morning (the flat in front of my residence), and it was repaired in no time flat (no pun intended). Admittedly, I am not an auto expert (and I pretty much can't pretend to be😄), but everything was (always is here) explained in such a respectful, detailed manner--I leave with
new knowledge, without feeling "talked down to."
AND! THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE AND REPLACED MY TIRE VALVE CAPS (they get stolen🙄) without even saying!!
It is because of the incredible service, personal interactions, and genuine kindness I will always patron and recommend NTB on Clairton Blvd.

Absolute best experience I could ask for today by both Tim Garvin and Dale Wright. I called very late today because my one tire kept losing air. Even though it was very late on a Sunday Tim said I could come in and they would take care of me. I showed up within 5 minutes of me calling and Dale had my tire fixed in no time. Both Tim and Dale exhibited exceptional professionalism and provided outstanding customer service. Thanks to their exemplary service, I will definitely be returning to NTB.

I've been taking all of our cars to NTB on Rt51 for years. Excellent customer service and quality work! The team in the front are always very friendly and helpful.

OMG... This is definitely my new place of service when it comes to needing new tires! The service is outstanding and quick, the prices are definitely more decent than you'd expect, the guys treat you with much respect, and they carry on a decent conversation with you! Yes,,, I was shocked thinking it would be way more expensive than it actually was. I couldn't be more happy!!! I will definitely recommend NTB to everybody!!!

Needed an alignment today. I went to 2 other stores and they were unable to see me today. Came here and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient, friendly, and I will be returning. Thank you guys for seeing me on such short notice and with much professionalism.
