Larne and Brett were very helpful! We needed a sleeper sofa and they gave us all the information we asked for. They were kind and we appreciate their time and expertise.

Jeff was a very good sales person and attentive to what I was looking for👍. I was only going to buy one thing and head up getting such a good bargain I went home with more.

Scott provided outstanding customer service, helping us find a new couch. We spoke with him over the phone before going to the store, then he greeted us at the doors. He provided thorough answers to ALL of our questions, and set us up to see Mark at the billing desk. Both Scott and Mark were so personable, friendly, and ultimately the reason we decided to purchase our couch from Value City. Thank you!!!

Scott is just wonderful!!! He helped me and my mom find the perfect accent chair. Highly recommend. He also told us the DSW next door is closing, and they have lots of sales on shoes!! The best.

Pam and Randy were so kind while we were shopping for a recliner for my husband after an injury. He needed a recliner urgently for sleeping due to extreme pain in bed. Pam showed us to the clearance section and found a lift chair recliner that was very customizable, easing my husband's pain with lying back and getting up.
Randy, the manager, approved the discount suggested by Pam, and arranged for the earliest possible delivery of 3 days away.
Sleeping in the recliner has been so much more comfortable for my husband as he recovers from his injuries, making daily life much more tolerable.
We are grateful for the kindness shown to us by Pam & Randy in this challenging time.
We will definitely return in the future for other furniture needs.

Randy is the store manager and if you need anything please ask him. He helped us with our new bedroom suite and when delivery was taking far too long he came to our rescue. He was kind and helpful . He went above and beyond.

Stan masterfully assisted us in selecting furniture pieces for our new home! He gave us space to browse & choose the perfect combination of living room and dining furniture. No high pressure here!

The staff was kind & very helpful. Not pushy at all and gave us the space to look at the furniture. Delivery was on timeline predicted and delivery guys were nice. I would highly recommend Value City as a place to buy your furniture.

Pam was great! I purchased a new bedroom set! But Pam wasn’t pushy and didn’t hover as I spent time to look around at what I needed. When you go there, ask for Pam! Also the group of men who delivered my bedroom set, there were 3 of them. They were communicative, professional, fast, and very efficient when putting everything together.

Terrell was truly the ONLY positive experience I had with Value City! He was pleasant all 4 times I interacted with him and he was extremely apologetic for things out of his control that Shawn and Brett lacked! I am only giving Terrell and my interactions with him a 5 star!!!

The store, it’s management, and their customer service are horrible with communication and customer service!

We were walked in Scott greeted us. When we were ready to ask questions on a purchase Scott was busy with another customer but immediately had Jeff assist us. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable but more importantly he was very personable to work with. The entire staff was friendly and more than helpful

Stan the man, Brett and Jeff were all very nice employees. I finally got the bed set i’ve been wanting with the help of great employees. They are way better than Levin Furniture. Will definitely return soon!

Pam was our sells lady, she was absolutely beyond amazing! We have alot going on with some family issues. My stepson just lost his mom and she made everything so stress free for us, which was a huge life saver. She was so friendly and helpful. We will be going back to her!!
