Stopped by because my oil light kept coming on. Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they meet my needs, they exceeded my expectations. I plan to go there for all my future car service needs even though it is an hour away from where I live. Excellent experience.

Phenomenal work done by pros who know what they are doing. They were inconstant contact with me waiting for tires and were flexible or dealing with my schedule. This place is run by three guys and that’s it. Was my first time there and I will return.

I was in and out with no issues for my state inspection and emissions! I highly recommend Monroe Auto Service in Pleasant Hills for all of your auto service needs!

I have brought several cars here in the past, and will continue getting my oil changed here! Everyone I have ever dealt with is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. It doesn't hurt that they send me coupons for $10 off my oil change, being that my car requires synthetic. I trust the people working here, and will continue to support this business.

I needed my car inspected and the manager was able to fit me in the same afternoon. The whole crew had good customer service skills and I was happy to leave my car at Monroe.

Had a good experience at the Monroe in pleasant hills today. Justin was very helpful in diagnosing the issue with my check engine light and providing solutions. I will return to this location for future repairs.

Broke down right in the middle of 51. Had a Tow Drop my truck right in their bay. My truck was diagnosed and new battery installed before the tow truck driver left the lot. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Fast. Highly Recommended!!!

I want to say my biggest thanks to the store manager Frankie and the technician Robert of Pleasant Hills store 105 Monro Muffler for helping me out today. These men have gone way above and beyond with their customer service and kindness. I told them the ruff situation I was in and they helped me without any issues, They treated me with respect, kindness and compassion and most of all like a person they were also up front and honest with me about my vehicle. Thank you so much guys. Also I never write reviews but these guys truly deserved one and honestly if your looking for great service I highly recommend this place ask for Frankie the store manager and Robert the technician.

Mark, the manager, and Todd are both incredibly professional and very accommodating. I trust all three of my cars to their care. They stay in contact while working on my vehicles, and always give me their honest opinions and don’t try to push unnecessary work. They’re always helpful in finding discounts if they’re available, and price all non-discounted work fairly. I have always felt like I can trust what they are telling me, and they have never tried to talk down to me as if I don’t understand cars. I highly recommend their location and their team. They’re hands down the best I’ve worked with.

The only thing I had a problem with was the price. It was a little pricey for me. When you get multiple services there should be some sorte of discount availabile. I got 4 new tires an oil change and a headlight replaced and payed $1130. A multi service discount would be a nice gesture.

Dorian is knowledgeable and honest which is hard to find nowadays. If you want a honest person working on your vehicle please take it to this guy. I took my son's car to him after a breakdown and he seemed very confident in the diagnosis and doesn't play the "guessing game" with diagnosing a vehicle. Keep up the hard work!

These guys are the best!!! I mean the best went there for a tune up and turned out they were very helpful in informing me to what was going on. I had a valve cover gasket replaced less than 6 months prior and apparently the shop I took it to messed up and the oil was leaking where the coil housing was. Long story short they got me all fixed up and running again and corrected the issue. Thanks to you guys again you are the best and recommend to anyone if you want the best go to Monroe Muffler in Pleasant Hills Pa you will not be disappointed. Me and Mitzi was not. Thanks again.

I had a tire blow on me two days ago and spent a good portion of yesterday finding someone who had my tires and could put one on. Nobody had any and their only solution was to replace all four of my tires. I called Monro Auto Service and Tires and they offered to order my tire and install it as there was no necessity to replace all of my tires after inspecting the rest of them. It came in today and Dalton installed the tire in 15ish minutes. Looked for realistic solutions, offered great customer service, were quick and efficient, and the pricing was incredibly fair! Thank you!!

Greatly appreciated the availability to bring my car in for brake repairs. Both gentlemen made sure that all my concerns were taken care of. They even went out of their way to go get the parts themselves rather delaying my repairs which is beyond appreciated.

Excellent costumer service. The store manager, Frankie Julbe was very friendly and made sure my car was taken care of right away. The assistant manager, Christopher Dietz did a great job on my tire! Definitely will be coming back and 100% recommend!!

Came in and saw Robert to have my headlight changed. Very fast service despite being the only guy there to work on the cars and work the front. Had a few cars there but Robert still took care of me and got me in and out. He was so friendly and professional despite being so busy!
