I’ve the opportunity to drive by and check this location out since I was thinking of getting a unit. The staff was very professional and courteous. The manager, Mr. Willis was very knowledgeable and transparent. he took me on a tour answered my questions and concerns. displays were placed accordingly. The place is spacious and clean. Prices are treasonable and can fit into anyone’s budget. I would recommend this location on Michigan Ave.

The guy working here was very helpful. This place is really clean and has an indoor loading dock to drop things off and load things up. There are also about 10 carts here to help you move your belongings around. Our unit was spacious and kept at room temperature. There is also a good amount of hallway room for moving things. I would recommend this as a good place for storage. The insurance provided was about $15 a month as well if you wanted to get it.

Nice storage facility! Clean and convenient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We are very happy with our decision to store our "valuables" here!

I rented at Simply Self Storage for a few months while I was moving. They are a really nice storage facility and have great customer service!!!. The sign up was very easy and later when you go to move out they take care of everything before hand. They are very friendly and helpful with the whole process. The units are very clean and they have a safe and secure building. I will use them in the future and definitely recommend them.

Had never needed a storage unit before, so I was a little nervous. I ended up speaking to Shannon, and she made me feel very assured that there were no stupid questions. It was so welcoming! I found myself genuinely enjoying the conversation as I discussed my options. Would give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you for everything Shannon!

I have no problems with my unit and management is always polite and available.

Shannon helped me set up a storage container and let me tell you super happy with it. She gave me the full rundown and explained all the details so well. She then complimented me on the slides I was wearing she was telling me she had a similar pair. Very personable I love it there!

I am very impressed with the staff at the Saline Self storage Facility. I got good advice and staff were always available during regular hours to deal with my questions. The facility is extremely clean and the access for large trucks is excellent. I am glad I chose this location after looking at another one closer to my final destination which was not comparable at all.. I would recommend this to any one who asked. Thank you for taking care of my furniture for 2 months.

Storage units were well maintained, and Amy and the guy (not sure of his name) were both very helpful and friendly the numerous times I stopped in for one reason or another. Amy went above and beyond.

Went in to get info on renting. Looking at different places and so far this has been the best! The woman I spoke to, I believe Shannon, was really helpful and made me feel comfortable about entrusting a loved one's things to the facility. Good rates and great customer service.

We were very pleased with our experience at Simply Self Storage. The facility was very clean, and I felt comfortable leaving my items there. The manager, Matt, was super helpful. When we were cleaning out our unit, all the dollies were in use. Matt went out of his way to find us something to use. He even helped us break down our box spring and mattress. If we ever need to use a storage unit again, Simply Self Storage will be our first pick.

Absolutely stellar staff, and the facility is clean and well organized. The paperwork was a breeze and before I knew it I was all set with a generously sized unit! Of all the storage facilities I've used over the years, Simply Self Storage is by far my favorite. Keep up the great work!

I decided to check it out, and ended up getting a quick tour. I found I liked it a lot. Everything was clear and easy, and I was sold on getting a unit, thanks to the manager on duty there, Mr. Leighton. He was great. Very tall.

Shannon was incredibly awesome! I moved from another unit in Ann Arbor and all around a way better choice and place to rent. Super glad I had the opportunity to meet her and join the fam in saline!:) Y’all are awesome and I would 100/100 recommend!

Second occasion in 7 years to use this facility for storage needs. AWESOME! Clean. Well organized. Well lit. Lots of carts to assist in moving items. And Shannon ----- what a gem! She's a rule follower, forsure. But this is why this large of an operation stays in such good shape. And if I'm not mistaken, shecwas ther 7 years ago on our first visit. She knows what she's doing, and is ALWAYS willing and able to help answering all questions.

I never write reviews but this place deserves positive feedback, every step of my experience was smooth the acquisition of several units, the access, the facility design, the hours of operation, the security in place, and finally Shannon's assistance moving out. I would definately use Simply Storage again without hesitating even they were farther away just because I trust them.
