Tim Hortons

I go through the drive thru 2-3 times a month. Every time I am greeted warmly and friendly. I never feel rushed, and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong! I've gone inside once or twice when I had more time, and had the same experience. Super friendly, everything is spotless, and never a long wait. The drive thru line extends out into the side street some mornings, which should tell you it's good, but the line goes really fast.

Excellent service from the staff. I came in for breakfast with my son and after I was seated they personally brought me my coffee. The staff seem great. Thank you!

Long line, super efficient and service was impeccable. Was through less than a couple minutes.

EVERYONE is always so kind and courteous and no matter how busy, they've always got a smile. Food matches the service, great every time.

If it's busy, don't get upset and throw stuff at them, remember at one time, you had a first job as well.

Fairly clean restaurant. Could use a little more cleaning. Floors a little sticky and glass on outside of donut case has lots of fingerprints.

This group of employees ROCK!!! I pulled into their parking lot in a motorcoach (45 foot bus). As I was walking to the door, a young lady was standing outside, I told her, "I'm sorry, I don't fit through the drive thru." She said, "I know, we saw you pull in, and we were waiting for you to come in. The dining room isn't open, but we make exceptions for large vehicles." THANK YOU!!! I can't tell you how much that means to me, since I've had SEVERAL places refuse to open doors, and tell me to use the drive thru.😡 The food and service were awesome, and they let me hang out inside, without pressure to go back to my vehicle. Even if they don't let you inside, THIS is the Tim Hortons I'd recommend visiting in the Ann Arbor area.

Even tho this place is super busy they still got me everything I needed and really fast. This is the best Tim Hortons in the area I drive 30 mins just to get the tim bits. They deserve every star :)

Best coffee I've had in a long time. Decaf with vanilla, cream, and Splenda. The person manning the drive thru was super pleasant. I wish we had a store in St. Louis!

Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and donuts. We had it all! To go! Friendly and efficient staff! Dining room closed shortly after we left, so only the drive through was open for noon service on Sunday. We saw two cars leave because the dining room was closed.

Food is fresh and fast, and tge employees are always very friendly.

Saline Tim Hortons service is top notch. Always a line, but it moves quick. No food service food looks like the website. Keep up the great work.

By far the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to! The service is always fast and friendly! And unlike some other fast food chains, my order is never wrong! I love their coupons too! I get them in the mail often for specials on their sandwiches and coffees. My favorite Tim Hortons by far!!

This location has the nicest staff I've encountered before, and during the pandemic. I've gone to Dunkin Donuts several time this week and have gotten yelled at for ordering four drinks for my family.

I came here the afternoon of April 12th, and the staff was so kind with our large order. They were patient, kind, and got our order correctly. They handle working during this pandemic safely, and efficiently.

I owe a huge thank you to the mystery Tim Horton's associate who sent me on an unexpected but delightful flavor expedition this morning: I would have never thought to ask for chipotle sauce on my Farmer's Breakfast wrap, but now that I've tasted it I don't think I can go back. You took a risk and it paid off, big-time - thank you!

I have been to this Tim Hortons quite a few times and it continues to impress each and every time. The drive through is extremely fast, even when there are 10+ cars in line and the staff is kind. All in all, I highly reccomend it!
