I would give a 5 star for customer service as someone by the name of Chelsie just helped me out.

However, Sparebox increases their rates every 9 months with no change in service.
It's a convenient money grab. Be cautious but whatever you sign up for is a bait and switch.

I appreciate the customer service I received from Drysanne. She was the third person who I was in contact regarding my storage units. Drysanne was very patient and I got all my issues resolved very quickly. Thank you so much.

Very easy to set up and find my unit. I couldn’t drive my car into the particular unit that I was assigned (it was on a high curb) but luckily I got connected with Shanice via the phone. She she was super helpful and calm and she stayed on the phone with me until we could find a unit that worked!

I received wonderful service from Adda. I was stirring my boat for the winter and took it out at the end of April but I had forgotten to cancel my unit and I just noticed the recurring charge on my credit card yesterday. Adda was able to verify I moved out and was kind enough to refund my latest charge. Good for Sparebox to empower their employees to make good customer service policy and decisions. It rare these days and I will be back this winter to store my boat again. Thanks Adda!

Venessa was very knowledgeable, informative and professional regarding my rental termination effective 11/30/23. I advised the spot I have rented is vacated and she informed me that I wouldI get an email from the property manager in Saline, MI confirming the agreement termination and the auto pay has been turned off.

Very easy streamline process! I was able to rent a storage unit on an evening by using their 24/7 kiosk. I had one hiccup where I purchased a lock from their lock vending machine but it was empty. I was charged for the lock so I called customer support and spoke with Adda who addressed the issue and was able to give me my refund!

Seymour was amazing in helping me with my issues for the account. He was patient and explained each process, he even waited for me to get my bank on the line to correct an auto payment issue. He not only fixed past issues that other agents left but he reassured me and set my account up with the ease of autopay. Thank you Seymour!

Not related to your 5 star service Dean ! Someone goofed.... urgently need HELP again and have to wait til your human help line system is turned ON. I completed my account payments and said goodbye to you when I received a computer messaged email that is totally incorrect. Somehow Unit 0239 is being unhooked but my sister is Still Renting that Unit. How does my separate account unlock her account or discontinue her account ? I'm confused now with this system Please call me in am when your telephones are on for business calls.

I stored a motorhome here for 4 years. The spot was always open and the gate is locked securely. My experience was great. I sold the motorhome and Dean was very helpful on the phone cancelling the unit lease. There were no hidden fees and the move out process was very easy. I would recommend anyone looking to store rvs in saline to check this place out.
