Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Our local dairy queen freezers were broken. We were in need of an ice cream cake for a birthday. We made the drive to Cartersville's Dairy Queen and found us a cake. The ladies working were helpful. The cake was delicious. Very pleased we were able to locate a ice-cream cake and celebrate the birthday.

There is no other DQ that compares to Carterville DQ. Everyone is incredible and the atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing! Huge shout out to the Manager who runs it and all the others who make this restaurant such a fabulous place!

Went through the drive-thru and got a half pound cheeseburger. I believe it's a number six. Everything was good, fast service, cashier was polite, never had a bad experience at this location and I've been going for many years. I live in Carbondale and drive over here to get Dairy Queen. It's not that our Dairy Queen's not good but we have one of the oldest Dairy Queens in the nation and it doesn't serve hot food only really good cold desserts. I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN ❤❤❤

This is by far the best dairy queen I've been to. Polite staff, excellent food quality, and very timely service, considering the food is fresh. The store could use a remodel, and some restructuring of the drive thru and parking lot, but that can't be blamed on management or staff.

The chicken always smacks. The fries are smackin and the bread is buttered to perfection SO I’ll have to give y’all five stars where five stars is due. Fast and friendly. Also the old style building gets me everytime!

Husband works in Herrin so couldn't waste time. We ordered and watched 2 couples that were behind us get their meals, so he went up to check on it. They got right on it and even refunded our money. Now that's customer appreciation! Yes, we will go back!

Always you guys do great,my food is always fresh...one thing tho the fries tasted like chicken. Just be mindful of that otherwise you guys are always rocking it. Keep it classy!!!

Good, fast service, the staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean, there's lot of seating options, the bathrooms are small but that okay. The drive thru is relatively fast and there's a had station next door to this dq.

Classic Dairy Queen tastes great

Great place for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, the works. Only complaint is not having plain OJ only have had o.j. with mango the last several times we have been there. Other than that all the food is great.

Lunch or dinner is always great. Service with a smile even when they are busy or short staffed. Been going there for over 30 years and it's wonderful every, single, time.

The owners niece took our order out side because she saw we had a trailer and couldn't make it through the drive through. I'll stop again just because of the kindness extended to us.

We have always had great customer service here. They have the best food. Always fresh and made right.
The staff work hard. If they were as bad as some pointed out, you wouldnt see a line at drive thru, or dozens of cars in the parking lot.

DQ is always a good place to stop 🛑. Good burgers and fries plus best chicken strips in town. Even better than that is DQ ice cream 🍦😂. Can't be beat!!! Check ✔ DQ out!!!

Very pleasant. The employees I encountered we're friendly professional. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time.
The whole place was clean, tables, chairs, and floor.

Everyone loves DQ ice cream cone satisfies me just fin. Anytime spring, fall, winter, or summer it doesn't matter when ice cream you can eat anytime.!!!!
