Highly recommend. It was after normal business hours when I called to see about having my A/C checked and they were super friendly and upfront on the phone. Also indicating they provide service 24/7 and would set up a service ticket and a technician would call when they were on their way. The technician, Jeff, called and he was over an hour away, just finished another service call, and it was all ready late and he was still willing to make the drive to come and check out my system. He quickly diagnosed my problem, had the part and completed the repair. The experience from the initial phone call to the technician arriving and completing the repair was excellent. Would recommend Pass Heating and Air to anyone needing service.

Ryan was great! Even though the appointment was to do the annual Spring "air conditioning" checkup, I had several questions about the heating system that occurred after the Winter checkup. I really appreciated him taking the time to check and answering my questions and reassuring my concerns with the heating system. Theo was our technician and he was phenomenal! Answered all of my questions, completed the repairs quickly and professionally, and discussed potential upgrades to our HVAC system. Now the house is cooling off quickly despite outdoor temps topping 90 degrees, and we will certainly use Pass in the future for any other services we need. Highly recommend!

Theo was awesome, transparent, and quick with what he had to do. Simple Freon refill, explained what other issues were and what may come in the future, and didn’t try to sell anything extra that I didn’t want.
