Daniel is always on time. He is very knowledgeable of my heating and cooling systems. He explains what he is doing so that a layman can understand what he is talking about. He treats my systems as if they were his own systems. He truly cares about the customers he serves. All of the employees of Charlie's A/C and Heating are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I would highly recommend them for installation of a new system, repair and maintenance of an old system. They are the best!!!

I got home from vacation, and my house was 80 degrees. After trying several things to no avail, I called Charlie's Heating & Air and left a voicemail for after hours service. Within 5 minutes I received a call back from Shawn. He was at my house shortly after, and was very professional and transparent about the costs associated with an after-hours call before he arrived. He repaired our AC, and it was back up and cooling in no time! He was excellent to work with!

Service was very good, technician was knowledgeable and did a good job. We have had several other technicians out to look at the unit and none were able to find the issue. However, Charlie's was able to find and fix the issue.

I have been a customer of Charlie's since he opened in 1982. I have always been satisfied with the service. His technicians' are always polite and very informative. I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning and heating needs.

Shawn and Pete were both fantastic. They were prompt and very helpful. Their prices, I was told, were not the highest, nor the lowest. I did find them to be fair. So we bought a new AC system. They came recommended to me by a person who worked in HVAC until retirement. I can highly recommend them so far as well.

The tech showed up on time and was super helpful in answering my question. The cost of everything was made clear to me upfront. This is my third year requesting assistance from these guys and it has always been stellar service! I cannot say enough good things about this company. 10/10 would call again.

Super fast and professional! Very nice technicians that identified my problems, and fixed them all in one visit. Prices are also very fair, and worth every penny for the comfort of having a safe system.

Now we know why there’s so many five star reviews. Pete was completely straightforward, and quickly ordered the part… the install is going to happen within days of us having our initial assessment. Wonderful.

Had a great experience, always do with Charlie’s. Today I had Justin T come out to perform some maintenance on an in-attic unit, and check up on our downstairs unit. He was courteous, smart, and arrived on time! Got everything repaired correctly, explained his processes and answered all questions. I’ll always recommend the great staff at Charlie’s for all of our hvac needs. Edit: 2 years later, same great service! Had Dan B. come out and get us up and going! We know we are living on borrowed time with our aged unit, however, these guys still treat us with the highest level of service every time. Grateful for these great people.

We have had a contract with Comfort Central since we moved here in 2013. We have been so satisfied with the Prompt & Reasonable Contracts with Comfort Central. Cameron has been our Technician for yrs. and he is always prompt on his arrival time, he is very attentive of what he needs to look for. He always gives me a full assessment of what he has learned during his service. Very Happy with Comfort Central and I recommend them for anyone that is looking to establish a Contract for your Heating & A/C needs.
