McDonald's

Was recommended by someone I knew on FB. Had a great burger and fries. Conner took care of us, after a stressful day in Nashville traffic it was nice to unwind. I would highly recommend you stop in. Everyone was super busy but Conner (I hope I'm remembering his name right) still made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we had all we needed.

Of all the McDonald's I've been to, and that's a lot at 62, this location is my favorite. My food is hot, served quickly, or asked to pull forward but not for long. If you don't want to have a wait, I wouldn't go there on the weekends. They are busy and you might have to wait.

Ordered fish filet drove approx 2 miles home to eat. The fish sandwich was like it was sitting on a hot plate. The bun was stale, the fish cold so cheese was not even slightly melted. I love the fish sandwich but this one was trash.

It was as good as McDonald's gets hot, fresh, fast

Use my rewards points all the time to get a large vanilla iced coffee. Always tastes great.

This has got to be the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in. The service is prompt and polite-some of the nicest young people I have ever met work here. The large order was taken and served quickly. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I would certainly visit this McDonald's again.

Friendliest Mcdonalds workers in the whole area is the Carterville staff 👏 customer awards 1 drunk white woman for everybody

I think they are always packed because of always having hot fresh fries. customer service was amazing. Even though we had to pull into the wait area, it was worth the wait. Fresh hot food is important.

Usually quick service and usually no mistakes friendly staff and great service

This McDonald's is a good one. The staff is good and quick. The atmosphere is one stat down due to no playland. Parents don't watch their kids.... at all.

This McDonald's is usually a great place. This particular trip was a hit. They were fast, friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Many places have staffing issues and supply problems. This McDonald's is almost always ready, willing, and able to serve. Awesome service.

Food always hot friendly workers..usually goes through the drive thru because we get alot of unpleasant stares when we went in the few times we tried to sit in..but overall great McDonalds

Ordered in MCD's app as usual and did inside pick up. They were fast and honestly hot and fresh made taste.

Times where to long and the hamburger buns tasted stale and employees didn't care about dashers or the door dash orders or how long it took them to get the door dash orders ready

I love that they actually add the extra shot of espresso/syrup for the coffees and macchiatos etc. Best McDonald’s in southern Illinois in regards to freshness and follow-through. Marion McDonald’s put a shot of black coffee in my macchiato instead of espresso 😂 Never again.

Three star review for the new management. They are always yelling at their employees near customers. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. The food itself is five star. It's the cleanest and fast McDonald's around.

Carterville Mcdonalds is on our way to the specialist that we see daily for my wife. They have hands down the best customer service and the inside is always clean and orderly! One of the managers Amanda, is absolutely amazing! They always make sure our food is fresh and we’ve never had any issues with our orders. This is pretty much the ONLY McDonald’s in this area that we will eat at! HANDS DOWN BEST MCDONALDS AROUND thanks to Amanda and her employees !!! Once again, this is the breakfast rush we’re talking about as well, which everyone knows Is absolutely packed and they maneuver VERY WELL to get everyone the right orders and in a timely manner! Thank you Carterville McDonalds for being a known destination for having fresh food and great managers that go above and beyond for their customers !

Dying of thirst from shopping, needed Unsweet iced tea. We bought 2 LG unsweetened teas. Perfect flavor!
