Repair Masters did an outstanding job for us. We had a water leak in our basement that did significant damage. From the first time meeting with Tom everything went smoothly. When the Kevin's showed up (yes both guys had the first name Kevin) and went to work they worked on it until the job was done. The Kevin's did an outstanding job and we couldn't be any more pleased with the work. We highly recommend this company.

Repair Masters did an incredible job on my condo following a water claim. They work quickly, quietly, cleaned up behind themselves and most importantly, the bathrooms look far better than they started out. Their work in laying laminate flooring, painting and stomping the ceiling is professional, very clean, and expertly executed. Moreover, they communicate incredibly well and promptly. Amazing experience and coordination with servpro and carpet weavers and got my basement back to better than original appearance despite the numerous hurdles that came up!!!!. Very accessible, courteous and epitomizes how a business should operate and live by customer satisfaction. Steve Lockwood, our representative was superb, knowledgeable and lived up to the reputation. We had a small house fire on x-mas eve. I was skeptical when it was recommended I call a company thats focus is emergency repair, but that attitude was unfounded here. From the moment Steve came out until the last of the crew left I couldn’t have been more pleased. It was simple to work with the insurance company with the estimates provided. While we wanted everything back to normal, we did tweak a change here and there. Repair masters was easy to work with and we even enlisted them to work another project while they were on site. I watched their progress every step of the way and they a great job. The room has is back to normal and actually, better than it was before.

This company did a superb job on securing my broken garage door in less than a hour. Will definitely recommend them for any repair service....

There are numerous & sloppy flaws in my home after a total renovation following a house fire. Communication is not good, I was blamed for the amount of time it took to finish the house even though RM presented me with cabinet and flooring options outside of my price range which caused me to have to take time out of my work schedule to pick out new options. They should have shown me options in my budget from the beginning. I had numerous issues with the same storm door even after the first repair. There are scuffs in some of my doors and some of the trim does not match. I was given an estimated repair date of October 2018 but the renovation was not completed until February 2019. Now that RM is paid in full, they are not quick to attend to issues if at all. I have a light that STILL has a short in it which I have alerted the company's owner to months ago and have yet to see it get fixed. It will turn itself off while it is on and the bathroom lights in both bathrooms turn off and on when I use the vent. I was told this was because the lights were LED and not the normal kind. I also had no issues with my AC before the fire until they came and worked on my house. Now I am stuck with no AC because there is a leak in the coil which they installed with the furnace that their AC tech said would cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. There is no way they could have tested the unit after they charged it to make sure it worked because when another company came out to check the unit which (hired by my insurance company), the refrigerant was totally empty. RM's plumber had also claimed he jetted out my plumbing line which was backed up and blamed it on my house being uninhabited for 9 months when it was actually blocked due to a metal disk inhibiting the water flow through the pipes. Repair Masters said the block must have been there before they started working on the house, even though I never had an issue with the pipes backing up before the fire. I had to pay Roto Rooter out of my own pocket to come out and jet the pipes which is the same thing RM said they had done successfully just that same week yet Roto said it was still blocked which is when they were able to find and remove the blockage. Not a satisfied customer AT ALL. It is in the mid 80s in my house until I can get the AC fixed. I do not recommend this company. Perhaps the owner needs to hire more reputable workers. Also the staff came and went sometimes without notice after I moved back in, once tripping my alarm because I was not made aware they were coming in the house. My boyfriend wanted new construction windows which RM said wouldn't be possible.
However using the existing frames would have cost me more money. We fought for the windows we wanted since my bf used to build houses and knew it was doable so I ended up with the windows we wanted after all. There were things verbally agreed to like a tiled shower that didn't get installed and was instead replaced with a fiberglass surround (the original wall and tub surround was tile). I was told this was due to being overbudget and that I had agreed to the fiberglass which I absolutely never said I wanted. I just had too many issues for my tastes wit this company. Bottom line: the broken AC while I am pregnant is the last straw and I refuse to pay out of pocket again to fix the work that should be guaranteed by RM. Therefore, I am leaving an honest review of my personal experience. The house looks nice but there are many underlying problems with the finished product.

Very poor driving manners . I passed a company truck on my way home after dark . After passing the truck the driver turned on his brights making it hard for me to see where I was going . Absolutely no other reason to do that other then just to be inconsiderate of others on the road . If you are going to be a mean person I suggest you take the company name off of the trucks.

Horrible experience with this company! No communication and poor customer service and the time it took to do part of a job was ridiculous. Do not use this over priced company.

Awful experience with this company. They over promise and can't deliver. Very disorganized.
