Aspen Dental - Springfield, IL

I had an appointment with Doctor Sims and his Dental Assistant for the day, Megan, and they are absolutely wonderful! It is obvious how much they truly care about your comfort and well being. This is the first dentists office that I am not afraid/ nervous to go to. I would 100% recommend Aspen Dental and specifically Doctor Sims!

Very professional, empathetic, understanding, gentle, kind and caring. The doctor who worked on my teeth was AMAZING. I would have shouted him out personally but I forgot his name lol he know who he is 🤣 but I highly recommend to all youth, elderly, and anyone who has anxiety or a fear of going to the dentist. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The staff was super excellent. I wish I would've gotten the hygienist's and dentist's names. Hygienist was super sympathetic through the whole process of being seen (especially as a new patient). I almost wasn't able to have my tooth chip filled due to scheduling constraints (whole reason I was there) when she made it happen! The dentist was awesome too, making the time for me and doing a proper job while not pushing to do "extra". Overall, the process was long and nerve-wracking, but the staff made it work. Very grateful, and my front tooth looks great!

Dr. M took care of many fillings and two crowns in a quick and painless manner. He made sure I was always comfortable and made sure that I knew what he was doing at each step of the way. Any issues were resolved quickly at the next appointment. After years of neglecting my teeth, I was able to smile happily at my wedding thanks to him!

I was in immense pain so I made an emergency appointment for the same morning. The entire staff was so kind. They had me good to go in less than 2 hours. Very highly recommended if you have a tooth emergency.

Absolutely the best dentist in my life. I have struggled for yrs with my self esteem and self image. They have saved my life and gave me a reason to smile again. Thank you so much. You can never know how you have saved my life and I could never thank you enough

They went above and beyond to get my pain under control and explained everything clearly. No pressure as far as making you do this or that. They leave all the decision making up to you. They are also very quick to get you in.

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, so I was very nervous about making the appointment. I'm so happy I kept it, because it was an amazing experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They work with you to help reach your desired goals. They even work with you financially so you can get the precise care you need. If you need to find a dentist, I highly recommend Aspen Dental. I honestly will never go anywhere else for my dental needs.

My experience today with Dr Phillips and his assistant were amazing , everything explained to me of what was being done and why . Meagan who is another assistant is also amazing . My only suggestion is to tell patients how much it will be when calling or texting so patient isn’t shocked when they get there . Before they even check you in they tell you how much you have to pay first . That’s very unprofessional to me it’s as if you want the money up front instead of the care for your patients

The staff, both in the front and the back were very accommodating! They made me feel right at ease and gave me my options and agreed to what I wanted to do. They were very thorough and scheduled my extraction for the same week.

I was in a great deal of pain with an abscesses tooth. Sinus, eye, ear &headache. They got me in by noon and took care of my problem. They were the absolute nicest people and the dentist was exceptionally intelligent and kind. Excellent care. Not something I see much any more, sadly.

Best experience that I have had with a dentist in my life. They really listened to my concerns, they explained everything in a way that really made sense, and they worked with me for payment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I took my son in for dental school exam . I had my other children with me . Which could’ve been a challenge but the staff was amazing . They helped keep the other kiddos busy my sone felt very comfortable and at ease the doctors was wonderful and gave helpful tips . They hygienist even fit him in for a cleaning. Dr. Ronak is a very down to earth and his personality is amazing . Each step of the way asking if you are comfortable. I don’t see myself going anyplace else.

Had great, friendly and responsive experience at Aspen Dental today. They did a great job of building a plan for the issue I faced as someone who has routinely put off dental care.
