Awesome place here!! I showed 5 hours before my appointment time... Ricky was super cool and kind, as he docked me within 3 minutes after I arrived! He had me unloaded in 25 minutes flat (Full Truck Load)!!!! I will definitely run this load again...Thank you Ricky!!!!!

I worked at this place in 2018; they are a good company. Considering that it's a manufacturing job is not bad; overtime was always available, which helped me finish my associate's degree. I will not say that everything was good. It was a low-wage Job but a good one. Their health plan was good, and the shift was 12 hours, 2 days per week.

MMI Engineered Solutions is a great place to work. I worked there in the summer of 2019 as a Human Resource intern. As soon as a position opened up in the HR department, they contacted me to apply. Now I work there full-time and I enjoy it for many reasons:
They offer competitive wages and a great benefit plan with lots of options.
They offer great work/life balance, especially for a manufacturing company. The company cares their employees’ health and happiness. Therefore, they try their best to accommodate most needs. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. If you have any questions they will help you. Most people understand that you are new, so they don’t try to put pressure on you.
MMI Engineered Solutions is an amazing company to work for. My past and current experience with them has been great. People are amazing and funny.

My experience at MMI Engineered Solutions was frustrating and disheartening. The CEO's unprofessional behavior—regularly shouting at employees and talking down to them—fosters a toxic culture throughout the company. It’s an environment where respect from leadership is sorely lacking.

The dishonesty within the company is equally concerning. After being strung along for seven months about a promised raise, I was finally told I wouldn't be receiving it. Conveniently, right after learning this, my boss forced me to change the schedule I'd been working for two years, and when I couldn’t immediately adjust, I was written up, despite many attempts to meet them half way until I was able to fully adjust my schedule. When I brought up the lies to HR, their dismissive response was, "How do you expect to get a raise when you have a write-up in your file?" This kind of treatment makes it clear that employee well-being isn’t a priority.

The company also suffers from favoritism, office politics, and a lack of career development opportunities. With high turnover and employees feeling overworked and undervalued, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive, respectful work environment.

Yet another company that blames anyone and everyone outside of their control for your having to sit in their dock for 3 hours beyond your required dock appointment time. Now it’s “they are checking the parts already crated for shipment for quality control”. You don’t do that before crating the up? No, our press operators are new and we don’t trust them was her non answer!!!
Avoid this place if at all possible!

My name is Vanessa Reasey , I was brought into this company by manpower , The other day orientation, I received a Text from my mother about my special needs son who is very SICK at the moment the instructor Ernie stopped in front of everyone and asked me if it was important I said yes and explained to him my son is 4 and autistic and he’s very sick and that I had to answer that text message, he got very rude with me and stated if it was important I should leave the room because he didn’t want me to miss out on any information which I understand I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt him speaking,I told him I’m sorry I can hear what your was saying , I barley even got to look at the text from my mother about my son and he again got rude with me and said what he stated again and also added does manpower know I said yes and which I will not take rudeness from anyone in the work place no matter their position that they let go to their head , and I said look my son is very sick I had to see the text and I proceeded to tell him I will not miss this information and I said I’m a mother first ( as I have to be ) and I can do mold injection as I have done it for years all the information that this company offers I’ve heard it many of times there is nothing different . Then he storms out with an attitude, while the rest of the people are in shock how he just treated me and told me he was wrong for how he talked to me . Then he comes back and tells me manpower wants to talk to me up front I get there and I was lied to manpower didn’t talk to me , another man from the company took me into the conference room and started to state you were on your phone I said I got a text my son he is 4 he has autism and he’s very sick I had to answer it, it’s a must I still have to be a mother ,And he told me basically that it’s not a matter of my son and a matter of business, I’m am beyond disgusted with how this company trains their employees to speak to another person I asked him to please have some sympathy as he stated it doesn’t matter .... as I just expressed this is the most disgusting and distasteful company I have ever in my life came a crossed and ive worked in the oilfields for the last 5 years and was still allowed to be a mother as my company knew I am a mother they never had a problem with it!!! , this is why this company needs employees I clearly see why other employees left the company, Ernie and the other man who talked to me were being rude and disrespectful ,disgusting ,and disgraceful . Ernie has been there for 5 years and feels like he his above anyone and everyone . It is not right . Train your employees on how to talk to people . I know for a fact I am not the only one he’s treated this way but I maybe the first to speak up. Thank god I’m going back to the 3rd largest flowback company in the world , they are a real business whose name is on the map and know how to treat people respectfully

Arrived early for pick up.....been in dock for 3 hours and still haven’t been touch. Stay away from this place Otr guys, the local loads get unloaded or loaded before you will.

This sucks place when you come here for pickup keep in your mind at least six hours for loading

Horrible service , 4 hours on a dock , Noone cares here about humans
