Since Josh took over this company, it’s been WONDERFUL! He and 2 workers removed an old above-ground pool & all its raised decking in about 3 days, removed all debris , PLUS built us a lovely fence for our yard and brought in fill dirt We couldn’t be happier with the service & work ethic found with this company! I highly recommend!

The crew came in and built the garage extension as requested and in a short time which allowed me to work on other things around the property. The guys were nice to talk with and friendly. Job well done. Thank you.

Do NOT use this company! My husband and I hired New Horizon to replace windows and install a fence in my backyard. We paid them to buy the materials needed and, after months of waiting for them to start the job and constantly reaching out to them, they started on the fence but took their time making excuses saying they had other projects to work on. After reaching out a couple of times, New Horizon explained to us that they will not complete the work due to us not paying half of the labor. We were reluctant to pay more money and explained our concerns but, they promised they will complete the fence at a certain date once they received the money. We paid them half of the labor cost and, they did not complete the fence at the timeline we were given. So we ended our services with them and asked them to return the materials we paid for and refund half of what we paid them for the labor. They did not refund the money nor return the material we paid for.

Haven't seen the crew or anyone since before Christmas. Owner claims his family got the flu. Ok I can go with that, HOWEVER, this job was started the Monday before Thanksgiving 2019, and it's still not done as of today 1/16/2020. No contact if the crew wasn't going to show up on a certain day, the floor is unlevel, there is several soft spots in the floor, the bathtub plug doesn't stay down so water will stay in tub. The toilet leaks around the base of it, the vanity still isn't in, some of the sheetrock isn't completed, the tub isn't level because the shower doors won't stay closed. And miscellaneous other things.
Would really appreciate this job getting done Mr. Owner.

I did not use this company but i was over at my friends place were they were working and it was the owner josh and two workers. The professionalism of this company is immature at most. The quality of yelling is mind blowing and their temper tantrums in front of neighbors is out of this world. New Horizon should look at a new horizon to see where their company is NOT going.

My boyfriend paid Josh $1446.00 on 1/12/21 for materials to replace two windows (68"x46.5" & 56.5"x36.5"). The work has yet to be done, the windows aren't here & Josh doesn't return calls. Small claims court seems to be the next step.

Scam artist! It's bad business not paying your employees. Rob you blind if they get the chance. Making it my personal business to make sure anyone considering hiring this company knows, find a professional contractor. New horizons is not trustworthy, not professional, not a good choice.
