Wow! My partner and I had an amazing experience with Exclusive Furniture over the past two weeks. We were searching for 4th of July sales and exploring different stores, but nothing stood out to us. We had just moved to League City and were running out of options. While driving, we stumbled upon Exclusive Furniture and Dylan warmly welcomed us. We mentioned that we were just browsing, and he gave us space to look around. Later, he came back and gave us a flyer about their sales. We asked him a few questions, and although he was new, he promised to find us the answers. It was refreshing to see his honesty and eagerness to learn. Amy joined us and they worked together as an amazing team. It was evident that Amy loved her job and wanted to help Dylan learn the ropes. We ended up purchasing a living room set, master bedroom set, dining room set, guest room set, and an office couch. Two days later, we returned to buy two more TV stands, a hutch, and an accent dresser for our master room. Dylan and Amy were busy, but a lady from the design team stepped in and showed us some options we loved. We really appreciated that Exclusive Furniture is a family-owned business and they treated us like family. As a gay couple, some furniture stores didn't give us the time of day, but Amy and Dylan went above and beyond to impress us. They were professional yet fun, and the entire store worked together to ensure we were taken care of.

This place is awesome for our first rime experience here. I want to give thanks to Jose & Robert for thier great service they deliver. I want to extend my thanks to Paola and her trainee Jehoshua for providing an exceptional customer service experience. Although they didn’t have the specific item I was looking for, Paola went above and beyond to check if she could get it in stock and offered me alternative options. While she was doing this, her trainee Jehoshua stayed with me, engaging in great conversation that made the time pass quickly. I'm a strong believer that it’s not how long you wait, but the way you wait that makes the difference. I was surprised to learn it was his first day!

I truly appreciate the efforts of both Paola and Jehoshua. I’ve been shopping at other furniture stores in search of a table, and I have to say, their service stands out as the best by far. I genuinely wish they had the table I was looking for because I would love to do business with these two. Paola even offered to help me find the item elsewhere or match it as closely as possible if I found something similar.

As a Branch Manager myself, I understand the importance of outstanding customer service, especially with competitors everywhere. If I have any future needs, they will be my first choice.

Such a great atmosphere here! April and Robert helped us find exactly what we needed with our tiny drawing and measurements they measured so many sofas and sectionals. Intimately ended up finding my dream bed too. There was a play area and arcade room to keep my toddler busy he was tired by the time we were leaving but also let us shop around. The other associates were very nice and helpful. We’re tried other places before and online it’s just not the same and others were so cheap, they have great quality here. I highly recommend coming here for your furniture!
