Player was in excellent condition and functions perfectly.
Chose curbside pick up, great customer service!!

I was so glad I came to this store. Jared listened to what I needed and asked key questions to make sure I got the right product. Two super nice gentleman came and installed my TV and they had so much patience with all my questions. They made sure I knew how to operate my new TV, that all my other devices were connected, and cleaned up after themselves. I got the best service and a super great price too!

I’ve been shopping at this location for about 3.5 years. I’ve always had good experiences.

During the pandemic I bought 4 85 inch televisions. The prices — after my purchase — continued to head lower. My sales associate called me several times during the spring and summer of 2020 to tell me that she was doing a price adjustment so that it reflected the new pricing. When it was all said and done, she ended up saving me about $2400. Not that every employee is like that, but this employee was amazing.

Best Buy tends to be my backup to Amazon. If I can’t get it from Amazon in a timely manner, Best Buy is my default backup position. Between the two retailers, I’m covered. (Note: Best Buy also price matches items that are available on Amazon — under the condition that the item is being sold by Amazon.) That’s very nice. I’ve taken advantage of this a handful of times.

So far is the place where I can find most of big things for the house at great prices and you can't beat them with any other place. On top of that the customer service is incredible. They truly get busy with people and you gotta be patience still trust them to serve you. So far is the one location I have all the things I have needed. I recommend the place.

I was going to give a three star rating. The sales consultant named Harley Alexander did a great job helping me buy a pair of Sonos speakers and stands. He went the extra step to find the stands after their computer showed "out of stock". A win for me and a win for Best Buy.

Jorge in the phones section was super helpful- my spouse broke his phone and we needed something right away as we had a function to get to. Jorge was able to help us get exactly what we were looking for and we were in and out quickly. Will definitely be coming back because of his great service. Thanks Jorge!!

I've been coming to this store since it was at another location. At least 25 years. It's functionally now without a doubt and absolutely outstanding experience. Talked with Richard at the camcorder section and he is truly a subject matter expert. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This totally beats the socks off of and makes a compelling case for not going to Amazon for the same products. Never dye Best buy!

Super friendly and helpful! When i walked in I was greated at the door and he directed me to where I could locate the video cards. As i was walking that way he got on the radio and i heard him talking to another associate that i was headed that way. By the time i got there, an associate was waiting, helped me, and walked me to the front to check out. Extremely happy with the level of service I received and felt like I was taken care of from the time I walked in to the time I walked out.

Thanks to Harley, my wife and I had the best experience we’ve ever had at Best Buy. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products we were needing, he was patient with us and made the whole process super smooth and easy. Will definitely make the drive back to shop with Harley again.

If heaven was a place on Earth this Best Buy would be it, staff are some of the kindest, coolest people on the planet, fantastic and reliable products. Overall just a really good place that puts a smile on your face.

Clean store with friendly staff. I’m trying to learn how to build a pc and the staff was happy to talk me through everything I didn’t know and encouraged the right purchase rather than the most expensive.

This best buy is very nice and clean. They have a lot of products on display that actually work. They also have a nice home theatre area to check out.

This best buy has great staff and they are very helpful and courteous. If you're in the audio area ask for Zach. Him and the other folks will deffo take care of you.

Josh assisted us as we decided which printer we actually wanted and could afford. Very knowledgeable. He also helped me when answering questions regarding extending my router/modem signal. So ask for Josh.
