First time to this location and Ashley store ever. . .was immediately greeted upon walking In by Jarvis and he explained everything. Helped us pick out a great electrical sofa at a great price since they were having a sale. Even the sales manager came to talk to us. Great customer service experience. . Cheaper than the store on I 45

We walked in right before close to browse and Henry approached us asking what we were looking for. We initially came in looking for a table and he gave several recommendations and we found one we loved. He took the time to show us how the extra pieces worked. We ended up ordering matching barstools for our island as well. We came back the next day and ended up ordering a sectional too, even though we came in not needing a couch! Henry is great at what he does and I’d highly recommend him & Ashley’s to anyone looking. Robert his manager also came over and introduced us to the financing process- they have some great deals going on. We will be back for anything else we need and would recommend them to anyone looking. Thank you, Henry!

We had a fantastic experience buying our first couch for our new home. Mr. Jay was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and making us feel confident in our purchase. He even worked with his manager to secure us an amazing deal, and we couldn't be more excited. Now, we're eagerly waiting for our couch to arrive, which should take just five days.

I stopped in Ashley's, on a whim, to check out their Labor Day Sale, looking for a new leather sofa. I found one, almost immediately, that I fell in love with. It was on sale, but a little out of my budget. My Salesman, Jay, listened to my needs and we were able to make a deal. He suggested a couple other items that I looked at, and I believe they will be my next purchase. This wasn't my first time shopping at Ashley's and won't be my last.

Sales reps were great guys and really helped out with the fiance. Maher was a fun and funny guy. Told you straight up. Cisco was great with the finacing. He was not about the upsale and really cared about doing right for us!!! Great experince!

Jonathan was the absolute best. He answered all of our questions. Showed us exactly what we were looking for . He didn't hover like some sales people do. He made sure to check on us but still gave us our space to try out the furniture and discuss it with my husband. He was a great sale representative.

I originally purchased items from the store in Pasadena, TX. The store manger was dishonest and misled me about the warranty/extended coverage.

I knew she was lying because it didn't sound right and the look of disbelief on the salesman face was evident.

I ended up cancelling my order before the delivery date and chose to purchase from the Baybrook location. Unfortunately, the Pasadena salesman which I was pleased with didn't get his commission because of his manager's wrongdoing (that I feel bad about).

However, I am pleased with Ashley's at Baybrook. The salesman and manger were great. Also, the other employees were awesome as well. I like the fact they greet you when you come in, offer a chair if you've been standing/walking for a while, and a bottle of water.

Had a great experience buying bedroom furniture. Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. We found the style we were looking for at a very good price during 4th of July sale.

I always did like Ashley Furniture it’s good quality and strong last longer which I still have the dinner sets with 4 chairs with round glass table and living room sets which is 2 round tables and sofa table with wood,glasses and iron many years ago and had moved maybe several times with the same furnitures.

We just went into look at mattress and other things we might need for the new apartment and Rodrigo was an absolute gem! He helped us decide on the perfect mattress within our budget although we didn’t buy anything today we will definitely be back In about a month to get the furniture we loved best!!!

My husband and I have been shopping for a sectional for some time. We found the one we wanted online and went to see in person. Mr. Nasa assisted us and was extremely professional and also helped us get an amazing deal for the sectional we wanted. We definitely will visit this location for future purchases.
