KFC is the only "fastfood chicken" we will eat. Decided to stop in at the one in Benton. The place was very clean, the man who took our order was very friendly. He repeated the order back to us. Everything was hot and fresh when we got it. I am really impressed with this KFC.

Erika working the drive thru is amazing! She always has such great attitude and I appreciate how she double checks to make sure the order is correct when she hands it out. Great job, Erika! I see you and I applaud your dedication to provide excellent service.

Stopped in and got some chicken 🍗 to eat with my dad and sister. Very nice place and very clean place.we will be going back there to for Dinner 🍽.

This place is extremely clean and well kept. Management seems to know what they doing bc every time I’m here it’s good food and smooth transactions. Just looking around & noticing how clean this place is made me write this review.

The chicken was hot and fresh. The people in the drive thru were friendly. We got our food quickly and the order was right which seems to be a miracle now a days.

The food is hot and they work hard at getting your food out to you in drive thru and you can get a meal for yourself pretty cheap.

I've always liked KFC, their food is just too expensive to enjoy more often...

Hands-down the fastest KFC I have ever been to. Call the order in for 32 pieces of chicken 16 tenders a pot pie a mac & cheese bowl two dozen biscuits and two orders of popcorn chicken called ahead drove to the store about six minutes away and the order was done less than three minutes after we got there. Food was hot and the order was correct and myself and my buddy was amazed! Definitely the best KFC!

The cashier, Haylie that took out order was such a pleasure and so sweet. The food was prepared perfectly. Jus wish their buffet was back open! Thanks Haylie for such a pleasurable dining experience!

I was in the drive in tonight and I want that young man I believe his name was Patrick to know he made my evening so much more enjoyable, especially after the day I've had.

Stopped at Benton KFC on a road trip. Picked up a bucket of chicken to sustain us on the long car ride. Best fried chicken we have had for a long time. Super fresh and seasoned perfect.

They are always overly polite and quick about getting your order to you. Not to mention, the new french fries KFC has are so ridiculously good. If you haven't tried the new french fries you definitely should!

This kfc is in a nice little town. The inside is very clean and updated. The staff is quick to take your order, and serve up your food. The staff is really nice and polite. The chicken was plump and flavorful and hot! 5 stars for sure! They did not dissapoint. I travel and I will for sure be stopping here again when inpass through.

I thought the buffet was pretty good. Chicken definitely good. I love the slaw. The cooked cabbage was quite good. Breaded okra, mashed potatoes, and biscuits were also very good.

Went thru the drive thru and they were very professional. When we got home they had given us 2 extra legs because of me asking for legs instead of wings for my kids. I was very grateful.

Very efficient. They have a nice buffet. Staff was friendly and our large food order was ready quickly. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, always fast and they always get my order right. Plus how can you beat a buffet, when my family wants to eat. This is where we go.

The remodel looked really nice!!!! All.of the staff were very nice and friendly!!! The chicken was really hot and fresh and juicy and not dried out at all!!!
