I have been a customer since 1990 and have always been impressed with the consistent friendly atmosphere in this facility. I was a senior VP in a Savings and Loan for 29 years and strived to have friendly branch offices. I oversaw 16 branches and none were better than the seven hwy branch you have in Blue Springs MO.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! The UMB on 7 Hwy in Blue Springs isnt just a bank! They are FAMILY!!!!! In this stressful negative world I cant tell you what an amazing blessing it is to know they ALWAYS have my back. Life can change in an instant, but this UMB bank never has. Knowing I have financial security gives me so much peace of mind.I am no one important....but they sure make me feel like I am. Love love love my UMB and everyone at my Branch!

I have been with UMB for many years. They have consistently good customer service. Friendly , helpful tellers and officers. Good resources. The Blue Springs branch is super!
