Central Bank

We just opened a first checking and savings account for one of our kids. The process was easy. Timothy Wardlow was very helpful, personable and knowledgable. My whole family banks here. You can always find a branch in Missouri. We love that! It was easy to use our debit card Internationally.

Debbie made it very easy to open a new account under some unique circumstances. She took the time to make us understand everything, and was very friendly in the process.

The employees at this branch are insightful & go the extra mile to help solve issues. They have fun & give great energy! So glad I switched from Bank of America to Central Bank 👍🏼

I am so pleased with my experience here. I felt taken care of and valued from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile by a lovely red head (who's name I can't recall) she help guide me in the right direction.
Ian helped me. He was a true life/money saver. He fixed my problems with skilled experience and a charming dameanor. The place was well organized and I will gladly recommend it to everyone!

Debbie Leone was fantastic. I had two issues, totally unrelated and she stayed on task until both were fixed to my satisfaction. One issue was critical and she went the extra mile calling third parties to get it done. Thanks Debbie!

Zachary was the friendliest, most helpful, and patient person at Central Bank. He was able to understand and satisfy my needs and explain the service options he provides. He was very detailed oriented and he made sure not to make errors when dealing with my money. I will be coming back just for Zachary.

Super friendly and helpful. Fully staffed (Which is hard to find these days) so very seldom is there a wait. They have changed hands multiple times but I have been banking there for over 40 years. They really care about their customers and that is hard to find anymore!!

We moved to Missouri and opened two different accounts with two different banks in Blue Springs MO. We have now closed the other account and moved everything with Central Bank due to the nice and sweet Andrea Farmer. We have never been treated with any bank we have ever delt with the way she has welcomed us there. She goes above and beyond to help us with anything and everything we need. Need to keep her and need more people like her. Very professional!

Just went into to Blue Springs North location, thinking the bank had made a mistake with a deposit on my account. Ian Galley was the kindest person to find the problem and was open to help me any way he could. After going through all deposits made on my account and reviewing all checks deposited, we discovered the problem was not with the bank. It was a wrong-doing on my part. Ian was THE nicest person and I'm so thankful for his kindness and willingness to drop everything and research the issue with me. LOVE this branch even more! :)

Since joining Central Bank, Andrea (banker) at the N. Blue Springs location (1505 NW HWY 7) has been nothing short of pure class. She's provided exceptional customer service, and been easy to work with. If you're in the market for a new bank and or banker, I would definitely start with her first.
