Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Ok- update I was just in here this morning and my favorite Ashley was here!!! She always makes me smile!!! The whole crew is great!!! Nice job BOA!!

I don't go into the bank often....but when I do I get great friendly service from everyone. Ashley is the best! I have been a BOA customer for over 20 years.

Very welcoming and great service. I was expecting a poor experience at this branch after reading the other reviews. That was not the case. The staff was cheerful and very knowledgeable and the office was clean and modern. Bank of America is a great company and this branch is strong. Thank you for the wonderful service and care.

Paris gave 10/10 help, super nice and helpful :) never got the survey to give him a 10 but I definitely recommend going to him for help!!

I really like this BOA branch. I have only experienced great customer service from tellers and personal bankers. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that their business hours suck. Most people have to be at work before 9AM, and don’t leave until after 4PM. They really do keep banker’s hours.

Just waited in line for 20 mins without being greeted just to be told ,"sorry I cant do that," by the clerk behind the counter and then he suggested i come back tomorrow.... after wasting 20 mins of my time for something they couldnt do because they dont answer their phone or have anyone competent to speak to. i dont know how much worse of customer service could be provided!"

*changed from 1 to 3 stars because of the phenomenal customer service provided by Carson who is without a doubt the best bank of america manager I have dealt with.
