You’ll have to look really hard to find a team as good as Ohio Valley Pure Water and you won’t find one better - so stop looking. Mike was very helpful in explaining options during the in-home estimate. He even found that our water pressure was very high, and they were able to address that, as well. Ethan’s installation was really efficient. He took plenty of time after to explain just how everything works and what to do when/if something doesn’t. Not only does it work great, it looks great - well, as great was a water softener can look. HIGHLY recommend!

Ohio Valley Pure Water is an excellent family operated business that I highly recommend. Our home childcare program had a under sink reverse osmosis system installed over 10 years ago and just replaced and updated our system this year. I never felt like he was giving me a sales pitch though. Ethan did our install and was efficient and kept the area tidy. The Ohio Valley Pure Water technicians have always been a pleasure to work with. Every year they provide maintenance to the system to help keep it running at its most efficient capacity. I had Randy service our system this time around and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly a good guy. Give 5 stars for customer service install was very good. Great at answering questions and not pushy at all. I would recommend for water softening needs. Only had for a week water taste good. No more bottled water for us. We got whole house and osmosis systems. Thanks Mike and family!

OVPW is a great family-owed and operated company. We called for a quote on a new water softener system. Mike came out and assessed our situation, recommended a system, and also suggested a reverse osmosis tank and faucet for our kitchen sink. He set up an installation day, and worked out where it should be installed. The owner’s son, Ethan, came out and did a beautiful and efficient job of installing our systems. He even installed an extra shutoff valve for a very nominal fee. They will call us every year to set up a filter-change, which is super-convenient! We highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, dependable, friendly and have very reasonable prices.

Mike is very knowledgeable and experienced and really patient to answer any/all questions. It’s not a high-pressure sales pitch, and he’s happy to answer your questions to make sure you have the right system for your needs. We purchased an under-sink RO system and are very happy with it.

I called inquiring about a whole house water system. The family owed Ohio Valley Pure Water company representatives was so informative. Not trying to up sell me just asking about my needs and problems. The same gentleman came to my house, looked everything over and came up with everything I needed. Never once trying to over sell me or adding on to base price for this and that. My installation was not basic, I wanted pipes moved from where they were. He gave me a fair price for that. The installer came a week or so later, could not have be any more professional. My system has been working perfectly. I highly recommend them everything was just amazing even the price.

We've had Ohio Valley Pure Water for 5 years now. Top notch customer service and one of the best family businesses I've ever worked with as well! Mike is very knowledgeable and will work with you picking out the right system for your home. He's on top of the various communities around the region as to where they get their water and how each town treats their water before it gets to your home. We just upgraded to a higher capacity system due to some water pressure loss that we noticed over the past year causing us to change out filters sooner than anticipated...likely due to how the town initially gets and treats the water causing an increase in debris which was clogging the filter more rapidly. After making the initial call with Mike, we we're scheduled to perform the new installation within just a couple days. Ethan from their team did a great job on the install and answered all of our questions and gave us a full overview of how to operate the new setup. Corbin from their team has also serviced our filtration system and RO system every year where he also has answered any questions or concerns we've had. We're looking forward to continue having them support our home!

Just recently we had a water pressure issue that could have been expensive to address, but Mike personally looked at the system and determined that a simple fix would do the trick. I love having a purified water tap on my kitchen sink! I've been a customer for over 10 years. It's very convenient, affordable, healthy and none of the waste of bottled waters. Randy replaced my filter and was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Great family owned business that is very friendly, great customer service, quick to help and very reasonably priced/upfront with costs. There were no hidden add ons or catches and the owner of the company comes out personally to speak with every customer, his son did our install and the wife handles all the office stuff. They sent over their pricing before they came over to inspect for an install just to be sure everything was upfront and we were comfortable with the cost instead of getting a run around like other companies. We got their water softener system, whole house filtration system and reverse osmosis system in the kitchen at a third of the price of some of the other quotes and we love it. Their system has made a huge difference for us. They installed quick and even when I called for our filters to be changed, the owner came out 2 days after I called for help. Great company!

Not only is our system looking and working great, it was just an all over great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!!
