Burger King

Stopped here for lunch, which was pretty good. Great location, still looks new and was very clean and overall great service. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which one of the staff members actually brought it out to our table. Will probably definitely have to stop here again.

The lady’s that work at this particular location are amazing! They treat everyone like royalty and are very effective at there job. I’ll drive past 14 Burger King’s just to eat at this one!

Long story short got double charged online 44.13 I live out of town so I couldn't make it back till about 12 days later I talked to a manager who called the appropriate people and worked out my money back and some plus free burgers for my kids and wife. Outstanding service mind you I came in with a good attitude. A little sugar will always beat a little spice.

The woman who served us was super friendly and made the experience so enjoyable. Freshly baked cookies too!

We were in town for a week and ended up stopping a couple times because we were too tired to cook dinner. Late at night on a Wednesday/Thursday, the teen that was working the window was very polite and professional. Best late night fast food experience in town.

Went to check out the new Burger King a few nights ago. It was busy, of course, so there was a small wait, but nothing like what I expected. The person behind the counter that greeted us and took our order was very attentive and kind. When we got our order, it was slightly wrong (we were missing an order of chicken fries and a Ch'King sandwich, but had somehow gotten a cheeseburger that wasn't part of our order). This was also to be expected. This place is like a week old and not only is everyone in there brand new to this job, but we're in the midst of a "worker shortage," so, you know, mistakes happen and humans are humans. I walked back up to the counter with the bag and my receipt, was met with very quickly by a different person who apologized profusely and corrected our order promptly. Got home and dug into our meal and I dare say quality wise this may be the best tasting Burger King I've been to in quite some time.

So, to reiterate, great service, good food (for a Burger King), and a very clean and friendly atmosphere inside. Plus, they have one of those Coke Freestyle machines which is just cool. Will be a repeat customer.

Don’t be fooled by the bad reviews. This is a brand new establishment. And they are doing very well. Let me tell you I frequently go to Burger King and purchase whopper Junior with cheese. I stopped by here last week got my usual whopper Junior with cheese and was blown away by the flame broiled flavor and the burger. Never have I tasted a burger this fresh from Burger King since I was 16 years old and worked at the one in Cameron and made them myself. Today I came through here I purchased a whopper Junior with cheese and parked in the parking lot took one bite and I wanted to make this review. Once again I taste the great charbroil flavor in the burger. I have traveled to many states over the years and I am going to say this is the best Burger King when it comes to the taste of the burger. If there is a bad review for a rude employee nine out of 10 times it is actually the customer that is having a bad day and is being rude or on edge.

Excellent customer service. Had an error on my order (this was in late 2021), and when I called, I had to leave a message. I found that a little frustrating, so I hopped in my car and drove back to the store.
As I pulled up, I caught the night manager walking out his last employee of the evening. He explained to me that they had to close early due to staffing issues and offered to buy my dinner the next time I came in. I was satisfied with that response. Then the next day, the day manager picked up my voicemail, and she called me to also resolve my issue. Can't beat that kind of service and response time. Thank you BK for coming to Smithville!

Such a based restraunt. I got a crown and it made my day and I was super happy and it was such an awesome experience. The staff are also good and you’re guaranteed good food every time you come here so I think everyone should try out Burger King. I think you all will like it.

One of the better Burger King locations around. It was clean inside all the day workers over 30 and working hard. They appeared short handed. None the less, the food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. Keep on rocking this BKing ☮

Every encounter I had with an employee was kind and helpful. Best Burger King I've been too. Everything tastes so fresh and I have never had cold food. So fast and easy.

My food tasted great and it was hot and freshly cooked. Management and staff were all great and helped me with a smile on their face. Bacon kings are awesome!

Went in today around 2:45. Had multiple issues with our meal and no ice but I fully realize that it’s very difficult to open a restaurant and have perfect service right off the go. To the gentleman behind the counter in the red shirt thank you so much for correcting all the mistakes and making sure they were right before sending them back out again. Will definitely continue to visit!!

We just went through the drive-through to get lunch with four of our grandkids. The gentleman at the first window made our outing so wonderful. I don’t know his name, but he really needs recognized.

We got our food fast and it was still hot and fresh. We got smiles all around and felt like we mattered. Will definitely be back!

Food is always great and always greeted with a friendly smile. Rarely have to wait, they have a great team. Thank you all for your hard work. Much appreciated.

I was in a hurry.... my food was ordered, made and received very quickly. IZZY WAS VERY NICE. I was on my way within minutes with a great meal.

All the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and my food was served hot and in a timely manner.

The music was great, the service was great and although it seems they’re trying to mimic a Starbucks, they are still a Burger King. But since I am not a Starbucks fan, that was ok😄

I want to complement the counter person Eligah. He was very friendly and professional plus he made eye contact! The food was freshly prepared and hot.I will eat here again.
