Cindy is awesome! From day one she was great to work with. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable as I came in not knowing what size storage I needed for my move. She took the time to show me a few options and went over the contract agreement and everything thoroughly with me. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good customer service, a convenient location, and the most reasonable prices in town.

I had an awesome experience! The manager at the front desk was very helpful and informative. He even went the extra mile to formally show me the units and we went on a ride in the gulf cart. The shorter woman was also very sweet and helpful. Thanks a lot guys! Highly recommend!

Life storage is awesome on ambassador. The lady there works tirelessly and helps with all your needs well. She impressed me with how well she knows the business and her customer service! Prices aren't bad at all and I suggest climate control unless it's for outdoor items.

The manager, Cindy, since the first time I walked in the office has gone above and beyond. She's always friendly and makes you feel like family. I've recommend this location to anyone I hear is looking for a storage facility. The availability of the carts is amazing and a life saver when moving by yourself. I'm so glad I came here over a year ago and would never change facilities. All new hires should train at this location under her. I would actually love to work here.

Mr Landry was very helpful. He took us on a golf cart to look at the unit. It was smaller than we wanted, so he took us to a larger unit. We decided on that one, and went to the office to set it up. He was very candid and explained everything. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that we were renting from a reliable location. The prices are competitive as we did some shopping around. Also, the location is open 7 days a week. And accessible until 10 pm nightly.

Cindy was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful. She patiently explained things to me and sometimes more than once. She answered every question and even helped me set up an account because I was having trouble getting it. I was running a few minutes past our 3:30 time and when I called to let her know she said she would wait for me. Her energy and attitude are amazing and I really hope she's the one that trains new hires because she's what they need to strive for. I'm so busy and stressed trying to do so much this close to Christmas and I never do surveys, but she was such a bright light and great positive energy in this crazy Lafayette traffic that I had to take the time to let the company know what a blessing she is. I'm happy to be a new customer of this company

The property and office area at the Ambassador Caffery location near Wal-Mart are very clean and look great. Corinne is AWESOME!! I use to store with her at another company before they closed down. I moved down the street to CubeSmart and was surprised to see her. She knew who I was when I walked in the door and immediately started a conversation as if we were old friends. I absolutely love that she has a relationship with me and don’t treat me like just another customer. Keep up the work!!

They were very helpful. They helped us save money by doing it on line which tells me they are about there customers more than the money. Some people don't even tell you about the discounts because they want there money. I'm am very satisfied we chose life storage.
