I was thoroughly pleased with the service that I received from Conn’s employees. At least two salespeople greeted me and asked me if I needed help. Mr. Gary Wilson was phenomenal! He explained about their purchasing processes. He was patient as we tried to select the appliances that would best fit our home, and was just an all-around professional person. I knew that he was trustworthy and would not misguide us or mislead us in our purchases. He also tried to make sure that we got the best deal so that we were able to stay with the budget we had set for ourselves.

Gary Wilson was an excellent salesperson. He had more to offer me as a customer than an exciting pitch. He was a very enthusiastic individual with resilience and took the time to get to know all of my needs. He was very knowledgable and exemplified confidence in the products he sold.

It was amazing. Patrick and Harry helped us out a ton with all our problems. It was great service and I was extremely impressed with the service

We were greeted almost as soon as we walked in. The associate that helped us, Abi, was very courteous and knowledgable when explaining our options and the benefits of each model we looked at. We were in and out in no time.

Delivery team performed an excellent job in placing the upright freezer where I wanted it positioned. I was so excited the delivery arrived 2 hrs. earlier than scheduled. Keep up the great service Conn's Home Plus staff & delivery team.

Nathaniel is an exceptional salesman! I found what I needed on the website, called the store and spoke with Nathaniel. I told him what I wanted and he had me in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes! Excellent service!

The guy that helped me , Mr.Bradley Young, was very helpful and patient with me...he took his time and explained everything for me as we walked threw and decided on what I wanted!!! 10/10... Will definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!!!!

Appliance shopping was greeted by Bryant and he did an exceptional job he was very courtesy, knowledge of the products took his time didn't rush answered all questions when asked the store was very clean and organized even spoke to one of the mangers and he also was very helpful I'd recommend Conns to friends and family
