AT&T Store

Late review but a few weeks ago me and my husband and son had to add a line to our service Cody assisted us and he was awesome! So patient, friendly & informative. Great experience!! Thanks so much Cody!

During the nationwide outage, they let me chill there using their wifi until the service came back while also helping me with my eSIM. Being as patient as ever with customers who entered the store or kept calling with questions. Thank you.

Spencer helped me upgrade my little cousin’s phone last night, and showed me different options. Great salesman very professional.

When we got our service, it was exceptional. Spencer our tech was awesome and very knowledgeable. We had very old phones, damaged phones and issues getting to apps and finding pin codes but he handled everything with great patients and professional behavior.

I went in to get my Fiancé a new phone so she could upgrade from the iPhone 11 XS to the 14 plus in purple. I was greeted immediately and the salesman was very nice. I ended up doing the same and upgraded from my 11 Pro Max to a Red iPhone 14 plus. I had both old phones already paid off and with trading them in my bill was still cheaper than what I was originally paying. Thanks Cody for your help!

I wanted to take a moment and let you know what great service I got yesterday evening from Vanessa(sales consultant) & Allison(store manager). My phone was damaged beyond repair and these ladies were amazing. I was greeted when I entered(normally with a smile but masks are now covering beautiful faces) needless to say the ladies were very pleasant and on top of things. We were able to get me a phone and handle everything within a half hour. I was their last customer of the day and they were still apt to help with ease and some laughter as well. It was a very pleasant experience despite the horrible day I had had with a damaged phone. Thank you Vanessa & Allison for all your hard work yesterday to resolve my issues with a damaged phone and getting me the phone of my choice and out the door in record time. I’ve been with AT&T business for 13 yrs and this was by far the best store experience I’ve ever had. 👍🏼👍🏼

Arrived near closing time on a Saturday night on an urgent issue with a phone which would not boot. Spencer and Michael worked with us at least 45 minutes past closing to assist. Excellent customer service!

The employees were very quick and kind. I personally worked with Cody and he not only answered all of my questions but went beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and new phone. I definitely would recommend coming here. Best experience I have ever had in a phone store.

Spencer at the AT&T store at Bridgewater Falls helped me transfer all of my information to my new phone from my old phone. He was polite, helpful, patient and beyond helpful. I will always come back to this location because of Spencer's customer service. Thank you!!

We just left the Princeton Road store and worked with Cody Smith to do our trade-ins. He was amazing! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He got our trade-ins done quickly and hassle free. We could not be happier with the service he gave us. We highly recommend you come see Cody if you need anything.

The gentleman that waited on us (Michael) was very helpful and took a lot of time to help us. We had several issues with our phones and he made sure we understood everything and went out of his way to help figure out our problems. Best service I’ve ever had there He was perfect!!

My experience at this AT&T store was amazing.
I Worked with Vanessa D and she provided excellent service during my visit to this store. I had some other issues come up a few days later and she happily assisted me during her off day to make sure everything was perfect for me.
I truly appreciate all her hard work and diligence, especially in this world today where customer service most often seems like a thing of the past.
Way to go Vanessa. I definitely recommend anyone in the market for cell phones, etc to see her at Bridgewater Falls. The entire staff were friendly and helpful.

The Bridgewater store wait was brief and tech Christian did a fine job of helping me select and then setting up my new iPhone. Highly competent and no “hard sell,” just excellent service!

I visited the Bridgewater Falls location yesterday and had the best experience!! I had an issue with new service and phone I chatted online to order and ended up having my order cancelled and had to go to a store . Michael and his coworker were very helpful and knowledgeable in getting my issues resolved and the phone I wanted was also available at the store!! This reinforced my faith in switching to AT & T!!👍🏻

I had the pleasure of working with Alison W retail store manager. She was absolutely amazing, super nice and friendly and helpful. I had made and appointment and she took care of me right away. Got my issue with my text messages solved and I was out the door with no issues!
