I want to thank Bartels for their excellent service and prompt repair of our air-conditioning unit!! My husband and I have been very pleased with their expertise and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Shout out to Nick also for being so nice and knowledgeable. THANKS AGAIN

Had a small issue with my furnace leaking. It was fixed promptly after part was ordered. Fair price and friendly technician. Office had good communication throughout. I’d recommend them for any hvac issues.

Our Service Man was on time and professional. He went to work immediately and completed the maintenance on our oil furnace in a short time. He was friendly and courteous. We always receive good service from Bartels Heating and Cooling. people. We appreciate knowing we have a trustworthy company to depend on.

The technician, Matt was on time and he was super professional, kind. and explained everything I needed to know about my air conditioning, Bartel's, and the various service plans the the company offers.
After Bartel's did some work for a family member, they came highly recommended to us.

A technician was sent out same exact day that I called and was less than an hour later when technician arrived at my house which was surprisingly quick! He was super kind and nice, respectful, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable to ask any type question I had, professional, and I would highly recommend without a doubt for the same technician to come out to my house again if I was to need to call Bartel's again for anything else! He was great! Bartel's altogether was wonderful and I appreciate them! Thank you very much!

Matt, on the sales team, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, excellent listener, answered all of my questions and laid out all of my options in a clear and digestible way. Matt was sincere, honest and did not try to up sell me on unnecessary items. He made me feel good about the quality of the Carrier product. Matt also spoke so highly about the family owned Bartels Company and what it stood for and the top quality service they provide. I was planning on shopping around but once I met with Matt I decided to go with Bartels for my new HVAC system. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for heating and air equipment.

My first comments were based off the amazing sales by Matt. This addition follows up to indicate that the team that put in my new HVAC system. Barthels almost takes you back in time with how professional their staff is and the quality of work that they do. They use top quality products and do not cut corners. They do the job right!! Extremely professional team from the sales, to the install, to servicing the unit. Our AC unit went out just as the heat kicked in and they bumped us up and got our unit installed. There were 3 people out to install this unit and covered all our carpeting so no mud or dirt or anything got on it while walking back and forth and pulling the old unit out.

The sales person who came out was not pushy and gave us great recommendations along with pricing for us to think over.

Highly recommend calling this company! Top notch and will be using them to service our new unit for years!

Highly recommend! My experience with the Bartels Heating & Cooling Team have been one of the most pleasant and professional I have had in years. Top to bottom this company rocks it! The installers of my new AC unit were professional and highly skilled. Don and Gary are true craftsmen. Cleanest installation work I’ve ever seen! They take pride in what they do and it shows. Ryan stopped by twice during the install and the owner also stopped in at the end of the day to meet me and checkout this single day installation. I have had the same company for 15yrs until their service and values changed. My air went out and called Bartell and they were super amazing starting from us calling them. They came out the same day the guy that came was super knowledgeable and professional and actually was able to find what was wrong and get it fixed. Huge pat on the back to Steve. I definitely am sticking with them from now on and definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any heating and cooling work done.

What a great experience from literally start to finish ! Our furnace went out literally on the coldest day of the year here in Hamilton OH. I called this company simply by reputation and they succeeded our expectations. We called them closer to close and not only did the office scheduler make sure we would be seen the same day, once we determined we needed a new furnace, they rearrange their schedule to make sure a new furnace was installed the very next day. Our sales guy Matt came out immediately and went over options. He knew cost savings was important to us, especially right after Christmas, he didn't hassle with us on upgraded this or that, but made sure his attention to detail and services needed was cost efficient based on our budget, thanks again Matt, u da best! The service team was professional, courteous, and very nice! If you are neededing services done please contact this local company, they will treat u like family, thanks again team!

I found Bartels from a recommendation and now I have recommended them to others as well. They are friendly, fast to respond and do a good job. Very honest fair priced. Brandon did a great job and was very friendly too!

The company took time to hear about my situation (AC coils frozen d house was 80 degrees) and promptly sent out a technician within a few hours knowing it was so hot outside - AND inside. Courteous technician explained options and pricing so I could make the best decision for us and our home. Would recommend others to Bartels!

Bartels Heating and Air in Hamilton was a life saver. My air conditioner was not working during temperatures of 90 degree’s and higher. They had someone come out the same day I called and fix it when other companies said they did not know when they would be able to get the part that was needed. They sent Raven, who was WONDERFUL!!!! He called prior to coming and was on time!!! He was very professional and very knowledgeable. You rock, Raven!!!😊

We chose Bartels to install a complete system as they were recommended by our friends and neighbors. Matt did a great job explaining our options, took measurements, and sized the equipment according to his calculations. Others were only matching the equipment to what I had. The installers overcame some challenging obstacles during the installation of our equipment. We are pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Bartels provides.

We love Bartels because they are always prompt and professional but about all they aren’t here to pull your chain-they are a quality business that intends to tell you the honest truth about what needs done. Bartels installed our new furnace and air conditioning system about 20 year ago. We have been having them do 6 month maintenance ever since. They have always been very responsive, although, as far as I remember, we have only had one emergency call which turned out to be a breaker and not their system at all, yet they solved it. They are always top of the line professional, doing very high quality work, at a good price, and always arrive within the time frame. I couldn't ask for more.

Great regular maintenance twice yearly service call. Service person responded in the appropriate time window and called to say he was on his way. Very respectful of my home and equipment. Answered all my questions and asked if I had any further questions before he left at the end of the service call. I highly recommend Bartels Heating & Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.
