i accidentally dropped my drink outside when i was there and walked back in and told the barista and she immediately made me another drink (same size and everything)

Got a pistachio latte this morning and was pleasantly surprised to receive a drink with coffee that is strong without a hint of being singed and steamed milk that was perfect with noticeable foam on top.

It's been a long time since I've had froufy coffee I've enjoyed this much from a chain.

Best Starbucks in the area! Super fast and efficient. Fred is the most kind soul you will ever meet and has the best customer service! Seeing Fred is a better start to my day than getting coffee!

Stopped in at this location late Christmas Eve day, Anthony helped me and provided service above and beyond the norm... professional, engaging and having been in customer service the majority of my life, I can spot a Franchise player when I see one! Thanks Anthony and Happy Holidays!

Is a friendly location, I love the outdoors tables ,you can relax with friends, but if you are in a hurry there's drive thru

A very friendly staff, and some wonderful coffee. The atmosphere is almost always spot on for an old school coffee stop, and has a touch of old world style. Believe me, the staff in the morning is very much friendly and welcoming. I'll say you get a nice treat on the weekdays coming through the drive thru!

As I was briefly waiting for my two beverages, I was I observing the team. I Want to give a shout out to the morning crew! Fast and very friendly staff. The team was rocking! Great job!

This is by far the best location in the twin cities. A great group of friendly and personable people work here! The service is top notch, and timely. My favorite drink here is always consistently good through and through.

Manfred 110% makes it worth going to this one! He is super friendly and it's always great to hear him welcome you when you go through the drive through. I've never had a problem with this location like I have with others.

Generally quite busy drive through, but they're fairly quick and don't compromise on quality. I've never heard them be impatient or talk rudely even the slightest, however busy they're day is. The baristas are always polite and upbeat. Definitely one of the better Starbucks I have been to multiple times. Definitely recommend it for both drive thru and pick up in this covid-19 environment.

I visit this location one morning a week on my way to work. Every time I come, the staff is incredibly friendly and upbeat even though it's so early in the morning. I greatly appreciate their smiles and friendliness. The hot breakfast sandwiches are amazing, and my drink is always made right. Thank you!

I love all the baristas here😍 They know my order by heart (well, I bounce between 2 drinks and they know BOTH of them) and they are super friendly and fast. Great environment for studying/reading/working. Always clean, always smells amazing and it’s like my second home admittedly. I’m moving soon and will miss this place! Best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to, plus they have great patio sitting.

Staff was very friendly. When my sandwich was finished cooking, the staff member brought it right out to my table for me! And my coffee was ready very quickly. Thanks! (Only downside was the parking lot was difficult to turn around in, but there's also a ton of snow right now.)

Drive thru service was speedy. Person on the intercom was polite and genuinely sounded happy to be working and helping people (instead of the classic, "my boss tells us to be positive and polite to customers, but whatever" attitude that seems so prevalent). Drinks were tasty and correctly made. Would def. purchase from here again.

Great drinks! Stayed at this place for a few hours and the vibes were chill.
