Taco Bell

This is my favorite Taco Bell (& I’m originally from Indiana) so Ive been to quite a few in my life plus some others out here. Everything is always on point! They def stay busy! Plus, the cashiers are always so pleasant/funny in the drive thru- good laughs + keeping the line moving is the way to go! Keep up the great service. I know not everyone will have my experiences, depends maybe time of day, who is working, etc but I feel like good service goes overlooked. You’ll always hear the bad before the good and I wanted to take the opportunity to let you guys know you’re doing it well at the WSP location!!

This is my local Taco Bell and I love that when you order in the app they don’t start packing your food until you come in or go through the drive and mention your name for a mobile order. Only late at night when everything closes does this location get a huge drive thru line. Beware!

the fact that it's got several touchscreen menus to order on is a big part of this review.

Taco Bell is a restaurant with MANY ingredients , so being able to view the menu and take any item and customize it exactly to your tastes without risking miscommunication between yourself and the cashier - NOTHING AGAINST CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS, but Taco Bell specifically has a major communication barrier because of the massive menu and customization options!
These touchscreens have allowed me, as a vegetarian, to easily make new and interesting menu items with no pushback from any workers, for incredibly small amounts of money, and in the many times I have gone since I found that this store has this technology I have received ZERO errors between what I wanted/ordered and what I received, which is simply not a rare experience at other fast food establishments, *including* ordering Taco Bell with traditional methods such as the drive through.

Drive thru on Friday night was awful. The steak champagne was undercooked and NO seasoning boooo!

Really nice staff every time in the drive thru. Food tastes fresh and they get the order right! One of the nicest Taco Bell’s I’ve been to honestly.

I just got an order from this place tonight (10/20/22), and whoever you got working there tonight, give them a raise. I had a big fricken order, like 6 kids 3 adults type of order, and everything was correct, it was fast, the staff fricken rocked, and you don't get all that a lot of places these days. They killed it, I hope they know they are appreciated! 🤘

The person who served me here was very nice and he helped me with some issues I didn't understand on the app. This was awesome and felt terrific to be treated so nice for a change. Because usually nowadays the fast food industry doesn't care about Customer service,it's like get the customer through the Drive through as fast as they can!!!!

The staff are great! They're always friendly and helpful. Something has changed in the last few months - for the better.

This is one place I don't have to always check my bag. They are courteous and accurate.

This location is FAST and the employees always seem friendly. The drive through gets backed up at lunch but moves quickly.

Restaurant was very clean, staff was nice. I tried taco bell coffee for the first time here and it was flavorful and thirst quenching.

It was exactly what I expected from Taco bell. Tasty food, reasonable price, clean

Jose is time and time again the best employee this place has ever had. Cannot say enough how much of an asset he is. Heard some lady come in and say all kinds of crazy things about his bad service which could not be further from the truth he handled himself as a true professional and mangement could learn from his customer service skills. Thank you for making my weekly trips there with my special needs brother amazing. Thank you!!!

Drive thru experience: The order-taker greeted as "welcome to the best Taco Bell in the World," so I expected greatness, and they delivered! The order taker dude was friendly, easy to talk to, and had no problem with my substitutions/customizations, even said that he likes doing that to his food, too (some cashiers will say "can't substitute for that" without charging extra or act like I'm weird. All I do is substitute from refried beans to black beans, gimme a break!). The cashier girl Brianna was just as friendly and greeted me with a smile. The food was prepared with proper portions, neatly made and carefully stacked/packaged in the bag. Burritos/customizations were even labeled by handwritten pen! No more opening up burritos to see which is which. This really was probably the best Taco Bell experience I've ever had! Wish this location was the one I go to most often. . .

Wanted 6 hard shell supreme tacos. Ordered at the counter. Oh 35 minutes later, still no tacos. Asked where they were. Was told Door Dash came first and I'd have to wait..... Got coupons for 2 free tacos with my next order. Big Surprise.... won't be a next fekking order...

We frequent this location for drive-through or take-out and have always had good experiences. I would like to say a special thanks to the manager working today (5/14/22) at 11 am for helping me out. He was very friendly, tried helping me problem solve Google pay after I forgot my wallet, and in the end he came through to help me before breakfast ended. Very nice staff. The inside was clean. Food was good.

Honestly one of the best Taco bells I've ever been to. They've never messed up my order and the food is actually really high quality.

Late night taco bell is always appreciated and these workers were very friendly. Gave me plenty of sauce when I asked for it and the order was perfect.

There used to be a place called Santigos it was much better than Taco Bell but Taco Bell comes in a close second it was also much better than Chipotle and prices were cheaper

This Taco Bell is literally the best one I have been to. Everything was so quick, fresh and whoever took care of us was so friendly! He was super motivating to the team too, yelling back orders encouraging quick out times. I’ve never been so impressed by a Taco Bell, not to mention how clean it is! Wow! Deserves 6 stars!!! Thanks for the awesome experience will be back! :)
