This is probably the best fast food restaurant in town when it comes to quality, consistency, and efficiency. The food is always fresh, and even though this location always has a full line in the drive thru, don’t let that discourage you! You’re in and out so quick and the wait you do get is always worth it. 🙏 The employees tonight were so chill and made my night that much more better, and more delicious so I had to come leave a review! The butter burgers taste great. The crinkle fries are perfectly crisp. The chili has a robust flavor and texture.

Whenever I go to Culvers, the food is served hot & fresh. The service is average. There are more employees standing around than taking orders and expediting them. More than a few times my order was incorrect. The atmosphere is simple and inviting.

Culver’s on Dirksen Parkway in Springfield, IL is fantastic! The employees are super friendly and provide excellent customer service, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. My food was awesome, especially the delicious double cheeseburger, which was cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients. With stiff competition in the fast food industry, Culver’s holds it own with their very distinctive menu- they offer a wide variety of delicious foods, drinks, and desserts. First rate all the way- would highly recommend checking them out!

The staff of Culver's all of them greet you with a gentle hand shake and a great big smile. That's what I love about Culver's and the whole time you're there that's just what you get treated.

Lots of flavor on the spicy chicken. The onion rings were delish, and cookie concrete was sweet and filling. Long 15 min wait.

A group of more than 20 middle schoolers enjoyed their visit. Food & treats were great as usual, but it was the outstanding service by the staff that earned this review. Stop by and enjoy!

Great food, great service, great prices

The burger was bussin, the oreo concrete mixer was slappin, and the music was boppin.

I'd say this was my first real experience here. It was darn good. Food, amazing, especially the onion rings. Service, great, they actually bring you your stuff and its hot and fresh and good. Atmosphere, well, its still a fast food place so you get some local color. But everybody was respectful and decent. Overall, I'd say better than Steak n' Shake. Which isn't a high bar in this town but I'd also opt for this over Sonic or even Dublin Pub which does kind of set it apart. Price was very reasonable. I will be back for more.

Good food, cod sandwich is the best. Crinkle fries with frozen custard is a can't miss.

Come there with ~thirty people, managed to handle the sudden bombardment with efficiency and dealt with a mixup in the system pretty well. They all stayed in a good attitude the entire time.

I have never had a bad meal at a Culver’s, and this one did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean restaurant , clean restrooms. Burgers were great.

Burger was really good and love the fries!! Staff was pleasant and helpful. It's always been clean when I've been there. I also noticed the drive through seems to flow pretty good as well.

I tried the Curder Burger and it was delicious!!! Very good! I'm glad I got to try it!!! The service was great with the drive thru and waiting on the burger wasn't long and brought it out and was very nice!

Service here is always great! Even when they're busy, they get food out quickly! Love coming here for a hearty bite to eat and a sweet treat :)

We went for dinner on an early Saturday evening. The dining room was very clean. Toma, working the register, was so friendly and helpful to us first timers! The food was great. I particularly liked how golden and salty the fries were! Yummm. Everything was accurate and delicious. My whole party was very happy with their food, ranging from kid, teen and adult. As we left, we were thanked for coming. We live out of state and Culver's was recommended to us. So glad we went!

The food was very good. I recommend the pork tenderloin it was very good. They have really good fries and the Snicker concrete was really good and got excellent service
