Joe Henke’s shop did an excellent job of repairing damage to my vehicle. Joe is great at his attention to detail. Joe was also of great assistance in walking through the steps of dealing with another policyholder’s insurance company.

Amazing job!!!!! I seriously could not be happier. This is the second time that I have had to work done on my Honda. Joe and his team are polite, professional and I highly recommend their services to all.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Joe was extremely helpful to me, he explained how the process works. I got in a car accident and the guy who hit me was at fault. I never have been in this situation before so he was so helpful in letting me know what the process looks like and what to expect. Once he had my car it was fixed in 3 days! So fast! It looks amazing too! His team did a awesome job! Joe even stayed after closing time just so I can pick up my car. I will forever come to them if my car needs fixing. Highly recommend going to them!

Got in my first accident and needed it fixed. I had no idea what to do, what to expect or how things would turn out . I got a list of multiple repair shops and decided to go with Joe and Blue Springs Collision Repair in Blue Springs, Mo. All I had to do was drop it off and Joe and his shop handled everything else! I had no worries he told me he would take care of everything and he did, he is a man of his word. I could not be more pleased with the results, they did a wonderful job! I would recommend his shop if anyone else has to have work done, it was also finished within a week and a half. Joe is very profession, friendly and very trustworthy. The job he did was outstanding and my car looks brand new! I’ll post pictures as soon as I can ! I’d give them 10 stars ⭐ if that was an option ! I cannot praise Joe Henke enough. He went above and beyond. He takes such care to try and save you money on out lof pocket cost plus does excellent work and on top of that he is such a nice and honest person. I will highly recommend him to anyone I hear about needing a place to have work done. I would give him ten stars if I could.

Beyond satisfied with the work this body shop has done on my car, I will recommend Joe and his business to everyone I know. Not only did he make my Volkswagen CC look like new from the three accidents worth of damage, but he even made other small scuffs unnoticeable just because! He worked with me and explained perfectly how everything was going to work out and sure enough, it did! He truly cares about and gets to know his customers which is very rare. I could not be happier with Blue Springs Collision Repair, and Joe Henke and his team that did an amazing job on my Alfa Romeo. He is highly skilled, no nonsense or run around, and got the job done BEYOND my expectations. He cared about whether or not I was happy, he cared about doing an excellent job, he cared about providing the finest workmanship possible on my badly dented car. I brought it to him looking all sad and neglected, and drove off feeling like a million bucks (without spending a million!) The next weekend (last weekend) the car won first place in the concourse at the Alfa Romeo St. Louis Spring Fling! Meaning she looks stunning! I highly recommend his shop; he's the real deal and it was fantastic working with him.

10/10 would recommend!!! I would take my family and friends there. Some one backed into my passenger door and I had a good sized dent and some paint issues. I took my car there and got a new door that matched the color perfectly of my car, then they went ahead painted my gas cover (which was another color when I bought the car), cleaned all the windows, and on top of that fixed my window that I haven't been able to use for quite some time. Joe and his team are outstanding and provided customer experience along with delivering above and beyond service. I have a new Explorer that was rear-ended 2 months off the lot. Everywhere I looked to get it fixed was months behind, had bad reviews, or when I called delivered a bad customer experience. I called Blue Springs Collision and spoke with Joe and he asked me to bring my SUV to him. From that first call Joe was friendly, honest, and upfront about everything. I was sure it would be month before I received my car back based on the chain supply, but Joe and his team were able to get it done quickly and it looks perfect! I can't say enough about the customer experience, my interacts with Joe, and how amazing my Explorer looks. I will definitely look to Joe and his team in the future.

I had some damage on the hood of my car when someone accidentally backed into it with a flatbed truck. I called Joe and explained to him what had happened. He had me bring my car in the following day so I could get an estimate. The guy’s insurance company called me and assessed the damage via photos. I explained to him that I wanted to take my car to Blue Springs Collision Repair. The claims assessor said that it would not be an issue and that he would cut a check for the amount of the damage. Fortunately I had never had to use his business in the past, but again I knew that the quality of work would be the best! I took my car in on a Monday and Joe said it would be 5 days as long as he received the parts he needed to get the job done. Joe called me on the following Friday and said I could come pick up my car. I could not have been any more pleased!!! It was perfect as I knew it would be. I will recommend Blue Springs Collision Repair to anyone wanting excellent quality work!
