Absolutely amazing quality! We picked up a 1/2 cow and couldn't be happier with our decision. Best ground beef I've ever had plus the steaks, stew meat, and roasts are so tender and top notch as well. We also use their bones to make bone broth and again hands down best bone broth we've every made. Definitely looking forward to buying more ground beef and bones soon and picking up another 1/2 cow next year. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy beef in the Carbondale area.

Absolutely fantastic! They are at the Carbondale farmers market every Saturday and I’m sure to return; everything has been exceedingly excellent!

I will start out by saying I have never purchased a cow from anyone or anywhere else, most of my meat prior to finding David and The Log Cabin Ranch was through a very large local butcher I was lucky enough to live by. They were really good compared to what you could get at a store, but nothing compared to you can get from The Log Cabin Ranch, and I mean nothing like. I just got back from a week long trip with my family where we drove and brought food with us and of the things we brought was meat from The Log Cabin Ranch. At this point I refuse to get meat anywhere else. It’s hard to believe sometimes even for me there is such a huge difference in quality and flavor, but there is, and I will never go back to the store or butcher.

The meat is very good (had the ribeyes) and better than the stores. Prices are fair. Love that the farmer's market is open again and we can buy items in town. Just bought ribs tips. Looking forward to grilling tomorrow.

Purchased 20lbs of ground beef (individually wrapped by the pound) at the Carbondale Famer's Market and enjoyed a purely delicious burger, cooked to 155°. The quality is apparent in the tasting, I shared the last plain patty with my family so we could savor the taste! The doggos loved their knuckles; rolled around in the grass with them, LoL. Thank you for a quality product, we'll see you again soon!

I recently got a steak from these people and it was absolutely the best steak I ever tasted! I never knew grass fed steak like this was that much different. I realize it is some in how you cook it. This steak was VERY tender and juicy. I would definitely recommend visiting these guys if your picky about your meat or if you just want some good quality meat to put on the table.

Family atmosphere and very friendly and helpful folks. 4 Labradores that you just want to take home. My impression when i made my order that this was an occasional thing but David said we could come back and get meat anytime. We haven’t tried the meat yet but looking forward to that. I am certain we will return!
