SERC Physical Therapy

They are friendly and take care of you. Visiting relatives from out of state and needed a rescue clinic for neck pain. Same day appointment setup and checkin was simple and I got my pain taken care of. As a PT myself, I highly recommend this place for anyone local or visiting.

I have received PT at the Lakewood location in Lee’s Summit, specifically by Tiffany.i have lived with pain for over 5 years and now I have the confidence and strength to move forward. I can’t say enough positive things about her and the entire staff. We are there to rehabilitate and Tiffany was knowledgeable, kind, caring and very thorough. She made this a fun experience and I gained knowledge on what I needed to do moving forward on my own. The receptionist and the other PT specialist were great too! I would recommend going here to receive any PT needs! Tiffany, was perfect in every way! Thank you SERC! I hope she is recognized for her hard word and knowledge. Thank you for helping me!

I cannot say enough about the great experience I have hadrecently at SERC in Lees Summit. All of the staff is very friendly. My Physical Therapist, Summer was totally concerned with my progress to strengthen and heal my knee from my knee replacement. I actually looked forward to every appointment and knew that she was sensitive to how much I could do and tenderly encouraged me to increase my strength and flexibility. I would highly recommend Summer. The atmosphere with Tiffany, the other Physical Therapist and Terri the office Manager was always positive and encouraging. I am beyond satisfied with my progress and accomplishments!!

I chose Serc in LS because of the convenience but was SO glad because it definitely was the place to go. Everyone there is so kind and as my first experience with any therapy I see the benefit!
Tiffany (and Summer twice) shared in conversation about what to expect and walked me through the procedures. I am moving much better now and have the papers to continue with the exercises. THANK YOU THANK YOU for helping this aging body. Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving!

I highly recommend SERC on Lakewood Blvd in Lee's Summit! I have used their services throughout the years and they are exceptional. I'm currently rehabbing an ankle injury and Tray has been wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My therapist (Tiffany) was very knowledgeable and was careful not to push me too hard. She explained the stretches and exercises well and how they related to my injury. The facility was clean and had all the equipment I needed. I highly recommend them.

Had great treatment at Serc in Lakewood Lee’s Summit. Wonderful staff, thorough exercise protocols with built in progressions based on improvement always staying tied to your goals. Truly superb experience…if you have to do PT your in good hands here! My therapist was Tiffany

I attended SERC Lakewood location for about 2 years. Granted it was 2 years (think I was one of their longest patients), I’d 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone. I had a great experience with Tray and several others that worked there. Terry (front desk) was also a pleasure to work with/deal with when needed. No complaints! Highly recommend. They’ll put patient care/concerns first. :)

I worked with Tiffany and Tray after my brain surgery to remove a tumor. Tiffany helped relieve me of a terrible stiff neck after surgery and Tray worked with me weekly to help improve my double vision. The entire staff at this location are so helpful, smart and kind! I’m so grateful they were able to take me on as a patient so quickly after my surgery!

I was very pleased with my treatment plan at this SERC location. My therapist, Han Kim was knowledgeable about how to guide my treatment. He was great to work with and very polite & encouraging. I watched the other therapists interacting with their patients and they also seemed equally skilled and their clients seemed pleased. It was a very clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I am extremely happy with my results! Han Kim was my therapist. He was extremely attentive to my needs and knew exactly how to progress me along. I came in with extreme back pain that prevented from completing daily tasks. I am now stronger and pain free. I still have some work to do-if my insurance would still cover my visits I'd still be coming. However, during my last visit Han worked with me creating a plan for the next few months. The staff creates an environment that is welcoming and warm. I always felt comfortable doing my exercises without feeling self conscious. Han not only demonstrated exercises for me he'd also explain the purpose and benefits. This place has a family feel to it so much so that even clients are encouraging each other and smiling together. Thank you Han and the rest of the SERC staff you have truly made a postive difference in my life.

My physical therapist is Yaqiong Wang, absolutely the best!! She would explain why she wanted you to do the exercise and how. She always watches to make sure you get the best results from each one. She is very encouraging and has made it enjoyable in my recovery! I liked my results so much I became self-pay to keep improving. Oh, the receptionist Terri is just as wonderful and friendly.

The therapists and staff at SERC Lee’s Summit (Lakewood) are professional, patient, caring and fun loving. The positive interaction between therapists with each other and with their patients makes going to therapy so much better. I enjoy going instead of dreading it. Their knowledge of how our bodies work is outstanding. Chrissy, Trey, Meghan, Jade and Kyle are the best. I had a hip replacement 7 weeks ago and thanks to therapists I have made significant gains. Thank you SERC.

Such a wonderful experience with the entire team at SERC!! I’ve had several rounds of PT in my years since my first back surgery in 2003, and again in 2016. This set of of PT was in addition to Blood Platelet Injections in my lower back, and I learned many new things and progressed in all areas of my therapy!! Emily, and the rest of the team always had my best interest in mind as they recommended movements!! Tiffany was absolutely great very knowledgeable about everything I needed to do after knee replacement. Wouldn't go anywhere else for therapy.

I would highly recommend the Lakewood office. My physical therapist was Han Kim. He was fantastic, he really asked me a lot of questions and understood exactly what I wanted to get out of my PT. Very attentive and helped me get the most out of my time.
Han and the rest of the staff made my sessions fun, they have a great dynamic at that office.

Cannot begin to say enough nice things about the staff here. The staff all go above and beyond! Julie, my primary therapist is a wonder. Kind, patient, really smart and good at what she does! My physical therapist, Yaqiong Wang, was amazing. I've had other physical therapists in the past who were not anywhere near as helpful to my recovery as she was. I was moaning like a ghost in a haunted house every time I got out out of a chair because of my back pain before I started therapy under her supervision and now I don't. I feel stronger than I have in years and today was my graduation day from therapy. I hope to never be in a position where I need physical therapy again but if I am, this is where I'd want to go and Yaqiong is who I'd ask for!

Trey came highly recommended for my therapy. I am grateful for the referral to him. I am impressed with his knowledge, encouragement, patience and assistance on my recovery journey. Besides being a physical therapist, I appreciate the helpful mobility tips, counseling through the rough times, and general kindness. My experience exceeds expectations.
