Diane was incredible! She can do pre natal massages. I just had one at 33 weeks and I think I might actually make it to my due date now! 😂 I was so uncomfortable before and I feel so much better after seeing her.

Diane was my massage therapist. She was amazing! Very professional and educational. I am a nursing student and understand loads of stress. I left feeling stress free and way more relaxed physically. I will definitely be returning. The front desk was super sweet too!!

Ruth is my massage therapist of choice! She gives a fabulous massage! She knows what I like and she’s s ready when I get there. I highly recommend her. She’s the best in a long while. She’s also professional, courteous and so calm. I’m going for the 90 minute massage next time. The front desk staff are great as well. Hospitable and professional! Especially Melanie!

The other day, I had my first ever facial done by Caitlyn. She was so kind, professional, and she seemed to really care about what was best for my skin. My skin is still GLOWING and feels better than it has in a long time. Thank you Caitlyn for making me feel comfortable, relaxed, and taking the time to explain the products that you think would be best for me, not just the more expensive ones. I will be recommending you to EVERYONE and will definitely be booking with you again!!

I always have a great experience here at the Palm Coast location, but this weekend Caitlyn delivered the best facial I've ever had! She's friendly, professional, and asked great questions up front to really individualize my session. She was very knowledgeable about the products she used, and even applied a hydrating lip balm at the end. I will be exclusively requesting her from now on!

Kudos to Kaitlyn, Melody and Heather for making the spa in Palm Coast exceptional. Always friendly, willing to accommodate and pleasant. I always request Heather as she can find my sore spots and is always right on. I love this happy place!

Today was my first visit to Hand and Stone, I was very impressed! I took advantage of the introductory offer and had a massage and a facial. I really enjoyed my massage from Curiousity. She was professional, kind and hit all the right spots with her healing hands. She made sure she addressed all my problem areas, plus some. I was completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I really needed that 💕. Then I was escorted to Caitlyn for a facial. I was so pleased with her treatment. A very nice young lady that gives a really nice facial. I felt sooo pampered!

Had my first ever massage here, and can’t say enough good things about it! Colleen is WONDERFUL, she really put in the time and effort to understand my issues and did a phenomenal job. All of the staff were very friendly and patient, but I will be coming back because of how awesome Colleen is!

I also got my first facial done by Kaitlyn, and it was soooo relaxing. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! Will be going to her again!

Colleen is my masseuse and she is my life line. I receive a massage from her ever single month. Without Colleen, I would struggle daily with normal activities. She is extremely thorough, very respectful, always professional, and the best masseuse I have ever had in my entire life, and I’ve had a lot of masseuses. Because of Colleen , I enrolled in the Hand And Stone membership program.
I am extremely active and when I see her she asks specifically what areas do I want her to work on and she does exactly that. Her pressure is perfection. She is able to identify the areas in need and always find my pain areas to work out and leave me feeling refreshed and back to myself.
I am forever grateful for her! Her skill and craft along with the way she can read your body and your needs is phenomenal. She is a gift for sure! Thank you Colleen for being the best you every time I come in! I am forever grateful!

Had a great experience today with Colleen at Hand and Stone. I’ve been having some shoulder pain for weeks from working and sitting at a desk For my job.
Colleen was able to give me some relief so much after just my first visit today she is thoughtful and caring and takes time to find out what your needs are and how she can help .
The massage room is very clean and calming. I will be going back next week so that I can keep my range of motion that was given back to me on my shoulder.
I highly recommend hand and stoned and also working with Colleen. She’s a great gal go see her. You won’t be disappointed.

I love to come to Hand and Stone for a massage! From the moment I enter, the ladies at the front desk make me feel welcomed and they always have a smile on their faces. I just had a 90 minute hot stone massage done today by Arlena. Arlena is amazing!! She always asks about what I need every time she sees me. She is very attentive, kind and she always makes me feel like new at the end of the massage!! I would highly recommend her 100%!!!!! She is awesome!!

Colleen was my therapist today and she was absolutely fabulous!🙌🏼 I have a membership and have seen a few people who are all fantastic! They really listen to your needs & are professional, and knowledgeable. As someone who suffers from chronic neck and back pain this place is a Godsend!! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with such positivity and kindness (it’s top notch customer service!) The massages I’ve received have been so helpful for my pain! I seriously can’t recommend this place enough!

My first experience with H&S in South Florida was NOT a good one, swore I'd never go back. A family member gave me an H&S gift card, so I decided to give the Palm Coast spa a chance to change my mind. I was pleasantly surprised to have an awesome facial with Caitlyn, who was very focused on MY skin care needs while making sure I was having a relaxing experience.
We talked about each product she used, and what I might like to try without making me feel she just wanted to make a sale. I was so impressed I signed up for a membership before I left, and I'm really looking forward to my next visit!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this business. The front desk manger Melody is so friendly, helpful and professional. She always has a smile on her face and makes every guest feel welcomed and special! My massages by Holly are always outstanding and Facials by Brittany are amazing too. I highly recommend this business.
