Ordered some replacement speakers for my 2018 801a Raptor. Website is perfect for what will fit and work in the truck. They recommended connectors for the door speakers that were perfect. The center dash speaker could have been clearer on what the positive connector was on the new speaker…. The diagram that came with the Infinity speakers was there but somewhat questionable!

They made it as easy as it could be. Didn’t save me from cursing for about 15 minutes while installing everything. But definitely saved me from hulk snapping and breaking something causing myself more work. I would buy from them again. Spend the extra money and make it truly plug and play with their kits.

I purchased the MTX Terminator 6 speakers to upgrade the factory door speakers in my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. The entire process, from ordering to shipping and delivery, went off without a hitch. Crutchfield even includes the speaker mounts and wiring harness at no extra cost! Installing them was a piece of cake thanks to the easy-to-follow DIY instructions from Crutchfield.

I bought 4 speakers for my jeep. They came with wire adapters and mounting adapters for free. They also provided very detailed install instructions in PDF format. Unheard of when buying from the jungle web site. Thanks Crutchfield.

During a time where it seems to be common to be on hold for a long time, if telephone support is available at all, or customer service has fallen an it is nearly impossible to get assistance after a purchase, Crutchfield is an exception to any of this. The Crutchfield customer service and support is the best I have experienced in decades. The sales support and help is very professional and extremely helpful. Then there is post sales technical support where their response every time you call is immediate and extremely helpful, not to mention that everyone you talk to is kind and takes their time to explain the steps you need to take to have a successful installation. Mr. Bill Crutchfield, you should be proud of the team you have built over 50 years and the way they represent the Crutchfield name. The Crutchfield team is doing it right and in my opinion is a true leader in customer service.

Top notch site. Everything I needed in one place. Installed a new radio and speakers in my F150. While keeping steering wheel Function. Complete and detailed instructions for all steps of the install. Great prices with extra price breaks for the dash kit, maestro module and all the extra items needed. Saved over 400 dollars doing myself rather than a stereo shop.

Replaced my OEM stereo in a 2001 Limited Tundra with this after my factory stereo died. Install took about 45 minutes and the Crutchfield harness made it quick and painless. Massive improvement in sound quality and I'm really enjoying having the modern technology in my old truck. Will soon be purchasing another for my girlfriends 04 Highlander

Getting accurate parts for a 28-year-old car is a nightmare (and yes, I'm going to name names). Sonic Electronix sold me a set of speakers, but then charged me for $50 worth of mounting parts THAT DID NOT FIT MY CAR. Rockauto sold me a "universal" antenna that wasn't, unless you count "it can fit through the hole and then float freely because it can't attach to anything".

So it was with some surprise that Crutchfield recognized my car (a '96 Celica) confirmed the new Bluetooth radio would fit, offered to do the wiring for me for a nominal fee ("Yes, please, and thank you Dan F.!"), told me I should buy some panel tools (OMG why didn't I own these 10 years ago!??!!?), and sent me a set of illustrated instructions on how to remove all my interior panels that I've been trying unsuccessfully to Google for the last 8 months (I'd've paid $100 just for these documents!).

The install was as easy as replacing a hard drive (which I do a LOT). The panels popped out easily using the recommended tools, all the screws were where they were supposed to be according to the documentation, the radio fit perfectly as advertised, and Dan F.'s wiring really was a simple plug-and play.

I'd give them 5 1/2 stars but they DID sell me a tiny baggie of screws that not only did I not use, but I have no idea what they were for.

Given everything else they got me, I am 100% satisfied and will NEVER go anywhere else for replacement audio parts for my cars.
