Did an awesome job installing a holding tank for my cabin!

Would not recommend.

For a $20,000 system, we have had nothing but problems. Note that our old system was working fine, but the county forced us to replace it, and they were on the list of approved contractors given to us from the county.

Immediate problem. They did not hook up the system to our house's electric. Since we haven't been able to afford to hire a electrician on our own, our septic system system only works with an extension cord that travels across our driveway and front yard. Try plowing safely with an extension cord across your driveway.

Over the winter, our basement is repeatedly flooded with sewage. After paying to hire another professional, we find out a float/ sensor they installed has already failed. In less than six months, even though this system should last for up to 20 years. This has **not only** caused our basement to be repeatedly flooded with sewage, but has ALSO caused years worth of wear and tear to the pump in our system. It will now likely need to be replaced many years sooner, adding even more costs.

When calling Melzark, they make it clear that it's not their problem. We have to pay for the replacement ourselves, at least $500. Of course, the long term damage to our system is also our problem.

Oh, and we have a huge hole in our yard and the garbage truck can no longer drive on our driveway after they dig them up to install the septic.
