Fire Dept. Coffee

From my first order several years ago to today, Fire Department Coffee personnel have been extremely responsive to my requests for extra shipments or needing to delay shipments. Always friendly and ready to help. Oh yeah, great coffee choices, by the way! Only decaf I've tried that comes close to tasting like regular coffee. Coffee of the month club gives me a chance to try coffee I wouldn't get otherwise.

Support a wonderful cause! The company profits assist first responders going thru difficult times/injuries. It was wonderful to work with them. Great customer service and website. They responded to my questions in less than 24 hours. They also let me know how to find a local store that stocks some of their products. I will continue to mail order to access their t-shirts and coffee mugs. Plus if you want to see some hilarious videos find them your local video website, you know who I'm talking about. Videos make my day and make me roll on floor with laughter having been a 911 operator myself. I am a veteran and they honor veterans with a military discount too!!!

I really like your spirit infused coffees, so much so I joined spirit infused coffee club. Loved the peach cobbler whiskey. The first I tried from you was the salted Carmel bourbon. As Adam Richmond from man vs. food used to say …..Oh My Goodness…. OH MY GOODNESS😋😋😋

I haven't actually been in the store, but I am a mail order customer for the coffee. It is so convenient to receive my coffee and it is fabulous! The best thing is they treat their repeat customers so well with their reward system. Customer service is outstanding! Thank you!

Great Flavors. My two Favorites are the Skull Crushing Espresso and The Black Cherry Bourbon.It is also knowing your Company is Veteran Owned and Supports Firefighters and First Responders.

This coffee is the bomb-diggity that puts the diggity in our day. Best coffee ever (especially the bourbon infused one) though my husband was disappointed that his favourite was not listed this time (Cherry Donut). We love the charity, we love the coffee. We will continue to order. Thank you.

I can't say enough good about this company and their coffee and products. They are the most friendly and reliable business out there that I have dealt with. The coffees are the best. The people that are there treat me like family although I have never met them personally. One day I hope to. They support first responders and the word that comes to mind the most is "Care". Options here don't entirely work for coffee delivery, but ranked high so they wouldn't be hurt ratings in any way.

Many options for coffee-based things, only had a few of those though. Love the spirit infused coffee (I go for ground over beans, so don't get oil buildup in my grinder). Friendly customer service, and while not needed, it's neat getting letters in all the deliveries.

While this coffee is more expensive to ship to Canada, I decided to take the plunge anyway and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The packaging, the little add-on sticker and the fact that this is from a fellow firefighter makes it so worth it.

The coffee, a medium roast, has great smell as it was brewing. It looked a little light when it was in the pot as it finished brewing, but when i poured it into my mug and let it sit for a second, the smells really started to come through. As the coffee sat in the pot longer, each refill had a slightly different taste which improved with each sip. It was a great first cup and can't wait to get more!

Absolutely love all my coffee I've received!! I am a subscriber to the Spirit infused coffee monthly subscription and am so glad I get to try new flavors every month!! Highly recommended!! Not to mention the best customer service!! My lid to my tumbler broke and they sent me a new!! So happy as this is my new favorite tumbler for all my coffee and hot teas!! I've had other tumblers that didn't keep my coffee warm and left it tasting like metal but this one has been the best!! Keeps my coffee hot for hours!! Telling all my friends and family!!

Fire Dept Coffee has a lot of great flavors. I have the subscription and have tried many flavors of the coffee. They have all been amazing. Cinnamon French Toast is my favorite!!!

We have been serving this coffee to First Responders and Police along with other Agencies we work with. No matter which blend we put out on the tables, these men and women go NUTS over the coffee. So much so that we have run out and I have had to start using my own stuff from home! Even my Aunt 74yr old who was a no changing 60yr driker of Folgers has switched and will never turn back. If you haven't tried it, start with there medium blend.
