So they misspelled my wife’s name on her death certificate. This incorrect death certificate was given to me 3 days after my wife passed.

It has now been over 2 weeks and still don’t have a corrected death certificate. All I get from the staff is waiting on Montgomery to fix. Which precludes me from probating the will and closing out her account and updating military records.

I have been patient but today I let them know this was ridiculous and frustrating. All they had to say was there is a family been waiting since March and I should not fuss at her.

They have not even called me once during this period to tell me the status.

Also the night they picked up my wife’s body from our house they locked themselves out of their van and had to get my brother to break in so they could leave.

This by far the worst funeral home I have ever used.

We have always used this funeral home. I was not happy with the tone the lady used with some ppl that’s as viewing a loved one. If you gonna tell ppl to hurry up that has just walked up to their family member. Just be a little nicer when someone is grieving. I know it’s your job but it was 2:20 & funeral was not till 3.
