Starbucks

Everyone is always very pleasant here no matter how busy they are. It's a nice part of my day. I was purchasing a cup thru the drive thru and other locations had been a bit annoyed as I was taking up more time but here the employee answered my questions and even double checked on second thought. Enjoy coming here :) they also have the good ice

I may have been to the best Starbucks in US so far. The nice staff here offer me a wonderful birthday drink

Always great at this one smells so yummy in window coffee and great blueberry scones

Although it's a bit too cold inside, it's physically comfortable and the staff doesn't bother you after you sit down. Ordering, whether via mobile app, at the counter, or from the drive through is quick, easy, and efficient. Generally very accommodating. Large leather chairs are my favorite.

My orders are pretty much always correct coming to this one and staff is chill

It’s a Starbucks, I need I say more?? Only one issue and that is the parking lot is kind of confusing if you’re not familiar with it

The employees always seem to be happy to see me each time I come in and they all know my name. Makes me feel like they take the extra time to treat their customers very well and to make them feel comfortable as possible 😊

Took my daughter for a walk, pulled up with the stroller to a sign on the door "drive through only". One lovely employee came drop the dumpsters and apologized and offered to get me a drink and bring it to me because I couldn't walk through drive with a stroller. To whoever you were, you're a wonderful person and I couldn't tell you enough how appreciated you are. 💛

After a busy week planning a big event for work and then waking up early to get hooked up to a holter monitor, I decided to treat myself. With everything going on, I was feeling frazzled but everyone at this location was so kind and patient and caring. Kaylee went out of her way to answer my questions for me. Definitely the pick me up I needed. 💕

The drinks are made right pretty much every time and I cannot say enough about how great the staff is. They're so cheerful and sweet even when it's hectic and crazy!

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Now, I'm sure you're thinking this is just a generic post because it's a major chain but it really isn't. The staff makes sure they learn who you are if you're a regular. They're all friendly, they take the time to be courteous and just so much better then any other location I've been to. Keep it up everyone

Maddie and Stephanie are MY PEOPLE! Their energies are amazing and they were so sweet and kind to me. My dumba$$ forgot to order an iced drink and they prepared a hot one. Maddie kept me company when I continually apologized about it. The drinks were delicious and I would love to show Maddie my bearded dragon sometime. Keep up the good vibes my friends.

Often order through the drive thru - always smiling faces and great coffee ! Recently had to stop for my toddler to potty, so nice to see a clean public restroom!! Sanitary is a 5 star in my book🙌🏻

For a busy location they know their stuff. Was there for a convention and stopped in everyday. Always friendly and got my drink order right every single time.

We just moved from CA to Maine. Although we love Dunkin Donuts for donuts, no one makes a better cup of coffee or iced tea then Starbucks. The staff is always very nice and very quick.

The new Starbucks in Biddeford has become my favorite. The staff is always super nice. They always greet me when I come in since I'm there twice a week. I've gotten to know some by name and it's made grabbing my morning coffee that much nicer. I used to go to the one in Saco before this one opened, and occasionally the one inside Target, but I prefer this place out of all of them. Parking is ok, unfortunately during the winter it can get tricky with the snowbanks. Service is always quick. Definitely recommend coming here to other Starbucks.

Starbucks saved me when I was homeless.A gift cert is always a blessing. Everyone knows what Starbucks means and offers. I ordered a large decaf almond milk hazelnut latte. Yes, I love having it my way.Yes, its overwhelmingly amazing just how specific we've grown to be... Yes, I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin. I wasnt proud wearing the pink donut outfit..I have been to many Starbucks.This time, I appreciated art on wall. Mermaid with leg-like fin! Noteworthy, immediate response, with rock salt, for slippery ice and human safety, was a well met bottom line.It's real humans that care beyond the corporations that run and fuel us all.

Been coming here because the service is unparalleled in comparison to the Saco location. Nick helped us and is very nice and there to make sure everything is right. Very clean and drinks are made exceptional. The Saco location the service is unpleasant where you get treated like they just want you out and communication with drinks and getting them right is almost an after thought. Biddeford location is and service is A+
