24 Hour Flood Pros of Kansas City

Though I didn't have work done, these guys helped me review an adjacent property for water flow and problem solving. They didn't get paid-just helpful, willing to educate. Not easy to find kind good business people these days. I will return if ever needed!

Chris was awesome! He came and assessed my situation in a very courteous manner. He was very professional and worked with me so I better understood what was needed to fix the issue myself, as it was only a small problem. Great company and great customer service! Give them a call!

My 4 year old daughter left the hose on outside overnight and flooded the bedroom in the basement. 🤦🏼‍♀ Chris and his team came out and did a great job. They got it done quick and did great. Would recommend 24 hour flood pros for any job!! Thanks again for the swiftness and great service.

This team was a complete blessing to us. We had a terrible situation going on in our basement and Chris reached out to my husband after the first company we hired bailed halfway through. Obviously they did an incredible job but they went above and beyond. Chris was so down to Earth and relatable. He seemed like he was just a friend helping out a friend. It was a tough job, I know that, but these guys came in and got it done in the blink of an eye. I would 100% recommend this crew to everyone I know.

There's nothing cool about waking up to water pouring down two floors of your home from somewhere within your wall and ceiling. First you panic then you act to do what you can... and shortly after that you scream to your wife "call somebody!" Wife: "There's Flood Pros.". Me: "How many stars do they have? ... Wife: Uh..Five stars...hundreds of reviews...?", Me "Ok call em!" Less than 20 minutes later... three guys showed up from Flood pros. They came like emergency people should quickly and with the equipment to address the problem. Shortly after our insurance people sent someone out... Flood pros had the ability to send a plumber to assess our situation. The insurance people didn't even have a clip board. Beyond mitigation and equipment I can tell you that Chris knows how to deal with every professional involved in water damage from the plumber to other contractors to the insurance adjuster to the secondary insurance adjuster. And to you the person caught in the middle. Thanks Chris and Company the damage to my house was minimized and the claim with insurance was a breeze.... Of course not really a breeze unless we're talking about a really slow breeze. But it went the way hoped. Best of luck to you if you're dealing with sudden water in your home & consider calling call these guys. They kept their word in every way. They are decent hard working people. The washing machine flooded our laundry room and finished basement at 9pm at night. By 10:30pm Chris was at the house with fans and dehumidifiers and had all the carpet pulled up. It was a huge relief to get help so quickly. Hopefully this is not an experience I have to go through again, but at least we will know who to call! :)

Flood pros was great. They helped with my flooded office due to a washing machine leaking all the water from the wash cycle. Highly recommend

I came back from vacation to a flooded house due to a burst pipe. It was, of course, very stressful dealing with all that but Mason really helped out during the initial process. Got the water removal done in a prompt and professional manner while also answering any questions I night have within a reasonable period of time.

I cannot express enough how wonderful Chris was. We had a water leak and between our insurance company and the company who had come in to do work, we weren't getting anywhere as far as being able to rebuild our damaged rooms.
Chris took the time to come out to our home and look at everything and walk us through what should be happening.
He explained to us how the insurance worked, what our rights were, how everything with contractors should work, ect. He didn't have to do that. He charged us nothing. Just out of wanting to help so we didn't end up living with a trashed bathroom.
Chris and 24hr flood pros are truly good people who want to help. If you are going to hire a company, hands down, for the love of God hire them. Don't call anyone else. Call them! We are truly greatful for him. Had it not been for him we would have been out several thousand dollars and STILL have an unusable bathroom. Thank you Chris!
