Matt's Sanitation

I was so surprised to see my garbage pick up man, take the extra steps to check my container when i didnt have it by the road. On this day i didnt have anything, but he didnt know this. Im an elderly lady and do have some medical issues so for me this was huge!! Please big shout out and thank you! 1st ave nw hinckley.

Wonderful service!! They never miss us on pick up day and they have even brought the can down when we forgot to! Best garbage service around with really reasonable prices. Highly HIGHLYrecommend this local small business.

Matt's sanitation has a great reputation with us! They always come up our driveway to get our trash can because we always forget! Lol. We have been late on paying the trash bill and there was no judgment or harassment of any sort. Just an all around amazing experience with them. Thank you to all of the employees at Matt's! You all are amazing!

We recently moved to Sandstone and forgot what day garbage was. Matt's sanitation was kind enough to bring the trash bin down our long and bumpy driveway and empty it. We are very pleased with the service and grateful they took the time to empty our bin. (Our previous garbage company in the cities never would have done that)

I've been with Matt's Sanitation since Aug 1999 they've been nothing but kind and courtesy whenever I call to pay my bill or ask a question. I've gone a few months without paying my bill and they didn't have a problem and I've paid my bill months in advance. There's been times when I've had next to no garbage to be be picked up for the wk and wks where I've have bags sitting outside the bin and they've been more than friendly about it and understanding everyone has cleaning around the house. I'd recommend them to everyone 😊

I hear great things about Matt's . . . but they don't answer their phone. There is no "leave a message" and I can't find a web site. I hope they see that I called and call me back or I'll have to go with the competition which is more expensive and doesn't have good reviews.

I moved to Hinckley last month and chose Matt’s Sanitation. I commute to Duluth every day and forgot to bring my can down to the road on my pick up day this week. The service person came up to the house and emptied my bin anyway. That is amazing customer service! Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide your services.

Matt's Sanitation provides excellent customer service, whether its trash removal or office communication. Anyone who gives Matt's Sanitation less than excellent rating is not dealing with the Matt's Sanitation in Hinckley. (There are several Matt's Sanitation companies.) And they have not passed on increased costs to their customers in years!

Matt’s Sanitation has proved to be a customer first business. I assumed garbage would be postponed a day due to a holiday and didn’t bring the bin out to the road. They retrieved my garbage from where I keep it near my gate and emptied it for me. This act of going the extra mile was extremely well appreciated and is going to keep me as a customer.

We used Waste Management before and NEVER AGAIN,. They were awful, terribly unorganized, and came to retrieve a bin they had already collected months earlier after I cancelled the service, then tried charging me for it. We switched to Matt's Sanitation about 2 years ago and it's never been a problem. Helpful and easy to work with. Support local!

Just got all set up with Matt's Sanitation at my new house. They have been completely wonderful and efficient with excellent customer service to top everything off. The old owners left their can here; and when I called to ask them to take it and exchange it out, they had someone here in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommended.

Moving to another state and trying to empty your house for a new occupant is a nightmare, but Matt's is just amazingly patient with all sorts and shapes of bulky junk that I put out there in my bin. I dont think there's any company quite as great as Matt's when it comes to customer service. Wish they have them where I move.

I was suffering from asthma and unable to get my trash out for pickup. My driver saw me in window, stopped truck and came to my door to take my garbage to truck. Genuine kindness and much appreciated!!

Have had them for 5 years now, and not a single bad thing to say. Very professional, and courteous. And my garbage is always picked up. Nice people to do business with.

This local business is one everybody should support. There's been a couple times when we forgot to bring the can up and he came up and grabbed it for us. East Central Sanitation would never do that. They are always on time too. So glad we switched garbage services.
