What a great company! Provided an estimate the same day as my request and very reasonably priced. Contacted them late one afternoon for possible scheduling and they were able to fit us in for the following day. Outstanding crew - on time, friendly, courteous, hard working. Treated our belongings and our home with care. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They did not move me, but they did move a friend of mine, and let me tell you how wonderful they were!
My friend was told they would be there between 12:30 - 2:00pm. They had moved someone in Boston, on way back to Wells Maine their truck broke down. They were hoping to gets parts to fix it, but was not going to get it in time for move.
They literally went and rented a U-haul truck, and three guys came and with care loaded all her heavy furniture, wrapped and taped what needed to be.
We followed them to her new place, and with care was totally moved in, took only 1:45 minutes from start to finish.
Would recommend this company, very professional!

YFM was really amazing. Danny and Les were on time, friendly, and professional. We received notices before they arrived and exactly what we needed for communications. All too often small businesses today will not return your phone calls and it was refreshing to see YFM as a very positive exception. YFM was probably the most professional local business I have worked with. They moved a piano and a giant oak desk through some pretty complex floor layouts without a scratch. They even picked up as they went and helped to rearrange before and after the pieces were in place. Overall a great value and wonderful customer service.

We just moved from Maine to Texas. I've heard horror stories about moving experiences and it made me very nervous to find the right moving company. I called all of the "big" companies and was quoted outrageous prices and was told our belongings would be shared on a shipped truck. I called smaller companies who turned out to be "brokers" and they quoted ridiculously low prices. So low, you knew it was a scam. I didn't know what to do and who to trust!?!?!?! Then, out of nowhere, I passed a "Your Family Move" truck on the road. I thought, "hmmm...that has a nice and trusting ring to it." So, I made the call. Danny (the owner) answered the call and spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me. Then, he came out to do an onsite quote, and again, he spent another hour going over all the details. His pricing was very, very fair. After speaking with him, we were confident that we would be in great hands. We hired them to package and ship our belongings. They also helped us with clean-up and donation runs and garbage disposal.

We can tell you that our experience was BETTER than we thought it would be. Danny and his entire crew are top-notch professionals! These people are not scared to work hard and they dig deep to get the job done. They are super nice people, very trustworthy, and man...they really bust their butts off! They are very hard-working people. They act like a family and work very well together.

**** I can honestly say that NOT ONE THING arrived broken from Maine to Texas!!!!! Not ONE thing! And we had A LOT of THINGS!!! They know how to properly pack things.

Lastly, our belongings were shipped securely on a private truck and delivered FAST! VERY FAST! We didn't have to share a cross-country truck with strangers. We also didn't have to wait and wait for the truck to show up at our new home. We had direct and open communication with Les (our awesome Driver) the whole time!

Your Family Move is a great business that we'd hire again. They took the stress out of our cross-country move. This is a very good, trustworthy company. We can't thank them enough for their hard, honest work.

Oh, and If you do hire them...treat them well. This is a hard job that requires a lot of physical and mental labor. These are REAL people, doing the work you and I didn't want to do and/or couldn't do. Most people don't want to work these days and are still on Covid unemployment. It's hard to find great help these days, so be sure to treat these Folks well.

Great experience reasonable rates. Honest careful employees . No baloney they are there when they tell you and don’t overcharge. However the second time they moved me was a circus. They charged me double the price for the same move. Same furniture same distance. Turned into absolute crooks. Don't use them.

If I would need their services again in the future I would not hesitate contacting Your Family Move. Their drivers/handlers we extremely polite, helpful and prompt on arriving. Thank you Your Family Move. 100 % recomendation

The crew was prompt, professional, super fast and friendly with my whole family. It was a complicated move with lots of pieces moving to various places - they were incredibly patient even with all the changes. They made a stressful situation so much easier.
