McDonald's

Today my car broke down at the second window and it was the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to me. But Patrick and his coworker, I unfortunately didn't get her name, ran to my rescue and pushed my car out of the way. Then Patrick brought his car around and jumped mine. I appreciated it so much and was able to get down the road to a spot I can be towed at. Thank you guys again this already was my favorite mcdonalds but now I love you guys even more. :)

Ordered through the drive thru and received the wrong drinks. We spoke to the associate and with no hassle they served the correct drinks.

Great place to bring your children with good atmospheres where they can stay entertained for hours whether it's going into the zoo or enjoying the rides they offer for purchasing tokens is a great way to spend time with your loved one or friends.

While traveling of course you take the kids to McDonalds at least once. This one was so fast. The workers were really kind as well. This was all of a shock to me, usually the McDonalds in our area are crabby and extremely slow.

We bought breakfast items - the staff were friendly and got our complicated order exactly right. The food was fresh and hot.

I love this McDonald's in Wales. Their service is particularly good. One time I ordered a takeout on the app, but I got the wrong address. Their staff handled it for me very quickly. I'm very grateful to her. And every time you buy an ice cream cone, they give you the biggest one.

I always get good service here, it's actually better in the off season probably because it's much less busy. It's usually clean in here but it's perfect tonight.

Wifi isn't working for my order is not available 😒 why is my question is there no longer free wifi here ..this is frustrating

Even though they were very short staffed, so much that only the drive through was open, the associate taking my order was very nice and friendly, the food was hot and no mistakes in my order! Great job!

This was my first time visiting Wells and I just want to say "Thank you" to the staff at McDonald's. They truly saved my day. The hotel we had booked for what was planned to be a 2 night stay ended up being so nasty we had to cut our trip short. Not only that but we didn't get the free complimentary breakfast we paid for. As we were leaving and very hungry I noticed McDonald's, we pulled in places and online order and out came this lovely smiling young lady who gave us our food and just helped us turn our day around. Great service and the food was hot and fresh.

Such nice people but extremely slow service and their speaker system doesn’t seem to working well. Food was delicious though and they threw in free hash browns for the wait.

Kids like the place. We stopped in to grab them lunch on the go. Went in to order and there was no one in line. Everyone was in the drive thru. Got the take order fast and accurate.

One of the best mcdonald's in the area. Food was hot and service was speedy!

It's Macdonalds and it was good. Nuff said.

Those McDonald's has always had a good crew that work well together. My burger was fresh and juicy, fries were fresh and warm .

Better than other McDonalds'.
Typically, i wouldn't bother to comment on a global fast food restaurant as most people reading these reviews are sure to have realistic expectations.
I'm in no way a McDonald's connoisseur but on my few visits, the food at this location is somehow better tasting than other McDonald's locations.
I believe that it is privately owned and managed and the extra care actually makes a difference.

Fast Friendly Service and Clean!

We visited here while on vacation and we had a nice experience. They double checked our order and were friendly. This mcdonalds has been remodeled recently so also the drivethru was nice. We did not have to wait too long for our food so overall it was a pretty nice experience. We will visit again if we are in the area in the future.

Xavier (manager) is very professional and kind! He takes care of this McDonalds even tho other staff is a bit lazy! They should be lucky for having him there! Thanks Xavier!
