Everything you want and more in a quintessential New England Ice cream shop. Portion sizes are crazy generous and the lines move quickly (peep the side window if you know, you know).

Highly recommend stopping here for ice cream. We rode our bikes to the beach and stopped on our way back to camp. Yum yum . Thanks

Very good quality ice cream. A bit pricey but that seems to be the experience in these touristy places.

I don't believe the ice cream is hand made on site, so that is usually a downgrade from me. However, the quality and variety are good enough to easily overcome that. I had Sea is for Cookie and Extreme Chocolate, both were quite good. They were creamy and not icy at all. We also had Boston Blackout, but thought the chocolate flavor could be stronger. The homemade waffle cones were very good.

I would suggest the single scoop or double kiddie for most people. It was more than enough.

The service was fairly quick, but it was a weekday afternoon. There are some nice places to sit on benches.

What a cute little place! Tons of ice cream flavors to try. My favorite is the ice cream flight. Perfect for when you don't know what flavor to get, you can get 6 mini scoops of your favorites!

Best ice cream in the area! Their no-sugar added option was so good! Their serving sizes are huge and their waffle cones are delicious. They have a parking lot and a nice seating area (not a lot of shade though).

This ice cream shop was the BEST! We went there 4 out of 5 nights on our vacation. Still thinking about the peach ice cream <3 The whole place is such a cute vibe. Plenty of outside seating and parking. The menu is MASSIVE! Options for everyone!

We vacation in Maine every summer and always visit Scoop Deck several times while we’re in Wells. There are so many different flavors of ice cream to try, it is hard to pick a favorite. When you pull up in the evenings, the lines look long and you might think it’s going to take forever, but they actually do a remarkable job of getting people served quickly. If you ever did have to wait, know that it it would be well worth it!

The best around. Amazing portions, reasonable prices, and the staff is so sweet. It is busy here every night for a reason!

We have been coming here for years and will drive out of the way to ensure we all get our ice cream fix.

They do a great job listing the nut allergies in a table for easy reference.

There is a large area to sit and enjoy your treat. However be prepared for mosquitoes even at 12pm and even more at night. Yet it is all worth it.

Worth the wait but parking was a bit of a cluster. Not the establishment’s fault-people just can’t seem to read signs. The ice cream flight is genius! I never would’ve been able to pick just one flavor so I loved this!! And look how cute it is! All of the flavors were incredible, but I’d say cherry amaretto, butter crunch, and pistachio had a three-way tie for my favorites in this flight. My husband had orange sherbet and that was also delicious! Like an old fashioned creamsicle.

Amazing ice cream. I have to admit I've lived in Wells for 3 years and first time at Scoop Deck. The best Banana ice cream I've had since a teenager..and I'm old. But I still know Banana ice cream. My daughter who is young loved her ice cream too. Can't remember what she got. ;)

Some of the best ice cream in the area! A flight or sampler is a must with all the different flavors they offer. The speed of service was fast and very welcoming. The prices were reasonable and they were very generous with the ice cream. I highly recommend it!

Huge selection and always a big line. The staff are surprisingly nice and patient especially if you’ve never ordered there before. The ice cream is good and servings are huge. Don’t be afraid to order the kid’s serving as it is more than enough for most people.

10/10 icre cream and service, year after year. Worth supporting this business if you're ever in the area

Note: There will probably be a line. Stand in it. Don't complain. The wait is worth it and isn't even that long of a wait.

Get off the toll road and detour through Wells to Scoop Deck. Bestest, biggest ice cream cones on the east coast. So many amazing flavors. Great atmosphere. Super friendly servers. Try it once and you’ll be hooked (like us)
