These guys are your average lie they're asses off, get you to sign for poor reception, terrible customer service internet providers. Two year contract is the worst deal. You'll just be stuck with 2 years of poor reception, and I live less than 2 miles from the tower. Im choosing another company to gamble with now.

Internet works fine... until it doesn't. We've had service engineers out four times in the past three months. The second time one of them yelled at us and tried in insinuate that the outage was due to our error (despite eventually admitting their tower needed repairs.) The last two times, the internet went down again just minutes after they left -- and we've now been without any home internet for eight days and counting, despite those two visits where they "fixed" it.

I don't think you should be charged the $200 fee for breaking contract if you are moving out the service area. They do not give out a refund if you pay a whole month and stop service. They also should notify you if they are going to run a payment off you bank account!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied with the way they do business.

Terrible. Said they would do a site survey and call. They never called so i called back and hadnt given them my information at all and they tell me they are unable to get connection. How would they know i hadnt said where i lived yet.

Worst nightmare I have had with any network out there literally paying for the best but only receiving the worst or sometimes no connection at all for weeks on end never get seamless ever
