Evolution Hearing

To be clear, I did not have an experience. I had a follow up appointment. I was greeted warmly by office staff, invited to have coffee and chocolate (Hersey's Kisses) and engaged briefly in interesting conversation with the staff until I was seen by the audiologist. Leanne Morris is pleasant, efficient, thorough. She is careful to see that no question of mine goes unanswered.
My next appointment is scheduled for 6 months hence. I "vote with my feet" so I will be back.

I have been seeing Dr. Koch for tinnitus and other hearing issues for about a year. She is a wonderful doctor and really takes the time to go over all my concerns. She has helped me greatly with my issues. The rest of the office staff are wonderful to work with as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Koch and her team are excellent. They have great customer service and Dr Koch is very knowledgeable and compassionate towards her patients and their families..They all make you feel like you are valued and go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and feel welcomed. Dr. Koch takes her time to discuss her assessment and recommendations for treatment.

Hearing aids were a new experience for me. And so was the care and attention of Dr. Koch and each staff member. I learned with kind patience in instruction. The test was the most thorough I have heard of. I know now what I was missing with hearing loss and thank Evolution Hearing for an excellent solution. I highly recommend Evolution Hearing.

Dr Koch has been very kind with assisting me with my hearing aides. Although my latest pair arrived defective one was returned to the manufacturer and replaced. Be sure to communicate the fees carefully to avoid confusion. Other than that my service was 5 stars. Thank you very much

At Evolution Hearing the reception is welcoming and prosperous and the staff is friendly. Dr. Koch is experienced and caring which makes for a positive experience. Ear canal cleaning has been offered at a very reasonable price relative to ENTs for example, and the latest equipment is employed. Additionally, Evolution offers daily walk in services after 12 which is highly convenient if there is a short notice problem to work on. The audiologists were recently able to remove a rubber gasket from my canal that had gotten stuck - doing this at a clinic would have taken much longer at much higher cost. A wide array of hearing aid devices are offered and testing is done in a smooth and professional manner. Highly recommended Audiologist.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was really impressed with my visit with Kristin at Evolution Hearing. She touched more on the medical aspect of hearing loss than on the sale of a new set of hearing aids like my previous visits to other Audiologists. Would highly recommend Evolution to anyone thinking of getting new or upgrading their current hearing aids. Will be getting mine here!

My 1st experience was the greatest from the staff at front desk when I rolled in and Dr. Koch is the best ever! Cleaned my ears out with no issues very quickly! Didn't even hurt! Thank God for the earrigation system! That machine is a genius! I can hear again. I will definitely be coming back and recommend anyone who is having hearing issues! Thank everyone! From the moment we walked in the door, I recognized that this was a special place. Chris at the front desk greeted us and remembered speaking to me on the phone to set up the appointment. We did not wait very long and went back with Dr. Koch. She used a projected voice to be heard by my dad. My dad is 90 years old and will not admit he has a problem hearing. Dr. Koch was so good with him, I couldn't believe it. She allowed the door to the room where the test was being done to be open a little to help my father's claustrophobia. She was extremely thorough and professional the whole time but also sympathetic to my dad's spoken denial of getting hearing aids. My dad does not feel like he has a hearing loss. Overall, I would say that Evolution hearing could not have been better. From the moment we walked in until we left, I could not have asked for more. I strongly and highly recommend Evolution Hearing. When I first arrived, the receptionist took my hearing aids and "washed" them. Then I went into Dr. Koch's office and she asked several questions about my recent experience with or without the hearing aids. I said "everything is working very well and I am very satisfied with them." She showed me her knowledge and concern for my care. Thank you.

When I learned I needed hearing aids, I debated going with Evolution or with Costco. I decided to go with Evolution and have not regretted it for a moment. Dr. Koch and staff are fantastically responsive, thorough, helpful, and generous. Highly recommended!!!

Incredible experience! Dr. Koch took her time with us, she explained things very well. She was not in any rush and patiently discussed all of our concerns. The hearing test was comprehensive (even including a cognative assessment due to the link with hearing and cognition.) The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, cheerful, well versed to answer questions, kind, professional and honestly set a wonderful tone for your expierience! I had yet another visit with Evolution Hearing to be fitted for my second hearing aid that will work with my cochlear implant. I am very excited to be able to hear so much better with my implant! I am lucky to have all of the support from Evolution Hearing, they have been amazing and with me every step of the way. Dr. Morris is awesome, attentive, and knowledgeable in her field. Highly recommend Evolution Hearing. I have been having issues with tinnitus and sought their advice. Got my hearing thoroughly tested and was given a TON of recommendations (as it’s not curable) to help. Fantastic staff on the phone and in person. Customer service is a lost art, but these folks deliver!!! 15/10 recommend!!
